Went to this place on ੨੫ may ੨੦੨੨, literally i had so much expectations of this place, as it was my first time trying KFC here in canada.Told them to make it spicy and it was literally without any spice at all.Great service and fast delivery of food, but the way the original recipe was made by colonel, i think they changed it.

I ordered a Gravy Lovers' box meal through SkipTheDishes and I just wanted to say that it is delicious and definitely worth trying. I would eat it again. My only complaint is that the price of everything was ridiculous. Over 20 dollars for what is supposed to be like a value meal.

Chicken was flavorless and greasy. Fries were stone cold upon delivery. The gravy" was basically brown water with ZERO flavor. I remember now why I stopped ordering from you guys and from now on

No prices on online menu. Have to buy a drink to get an item that’s on sale. So it’s not actually a sale but a scam.

Just had the the boneless chicken tender,popcorn chicken and fries . Brandon!Cost me $27.98 (2 meals)It was so over done and dried out! I have never been so disappointed in KFC. I love it normally...but it was a waste of $30 . Most of it went in the garbage!

Missing several items from order. This is by far the worst KFC I've ever been to. Managment needs to change.How hard is it for them to read an itemized receipt? 4pc does not mean 2pc. Check your order before you leave.

Had a $70 order I did online for delivery. After 2 hours no food still. Went in to the store and they were just about to finally leave with my order. Had to ask for the driver cost back as they were just going to keep that and the tip. Food was cold after assured it was still fresh. Head office wouldn’t return my calls and I only got a cheesy email for a free small popcorn chicken.

UPDATE: This store has no regard for their environmental impact. Check out the picture of garbage created for ONE MEAL. Are they seriously doing this every single time ?!?Great Food, Service is Par. Building was very dated and poorly kept.

Worst KFC, food is always COLD, better off driving to Portage and eating at that KFC, foods actually good and hot, and hasn’t been under a heat lamp all day
