Ghaleb was very professional and had many options to choose from. The quality of their hardwood is excellent. I was looking for a specific brand and colour and Ghaleb was able to get it for me from his suppliers.He also has an extensive selection of luxury vinyl which I also purchased from him.I would recommend The Hardwood Outlet and will be going back for any future flooring needs.

I had a great time visiting this outlet. The workers were committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was awesome and I definitely liked that you have a very modern styles. Our server Ghalib was adorable and full of personality plus. He was attentive, entertaining and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back soon!

I believe that excellent customer service needs to be acknowledged. So many companies promise it but so few companies actually provide it. Ghaleb at the Improve location in Vaughan is knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He helped us find great flooring at an incredible price and supported it with great customer service. I highly recommend him and the Hardwood Outlet.

I had the best experience at the Hardwood outlet. I loved how my flooring turned out to be. I got so many compliments from my friends as well. If you ever go, make sure to ask for Ghalib, he’s one of a kind. I felt heard when I communicated my dream design to him. It was fun seeing him bring it to life. Overall, it was such a smooth and fun experience. I will definitely be back again soon!

I was happy to find a place where everything worked out - it only took one short visit to choose beautiful french oak flooring, secure the inventory, schedule delivery & the installation date. Ghaleb was very helpful throughout the whole process. My floors look fantastic thanks to Ahmed's precision in installation (parquet type). I would recommend this hardworking and reliable team to anyone looking for new flooring.

I am super happy with how my floors & stairs turned out. We had some unexpected difficulties with the stairs but Ghalab and his crew worked hard to fix them & make everything right. The most competitive prices for hardwood floor I've encountered. We bought 4 hard maple flooring for our living and dining rooms. It was at least 30% cheaper than Home Depot
