GM home inspection was great to work with start to finish. From when you first make contact, the process is very well explained for a first time home buyer like myself. The day of the inspection, no stone was left unturned. Very meticulous, and explains all details throughout the process, to better help you understand and make well-informed decisions. GM Home inspection was very efficient and helpful for my last home inspection. The inspector I worked with was thorough and highlighted all the issues and potential problems on the property I was interested on buying. The GM inspection report they supplied after the inspection helped me understand what the issues were, and the severity of these as well. GM Home Inspections ultimately allowed me to asses my purchase offer based on the findings and help myself and the seller come to reasonable agreement on the purchase price. I felt in good hands with GM Home Inspection and would highly recommend them for your next home purchase.

We've hired many companies in the past and GM Home Inspection was without a doubt the best one we've had. Read through all 83 pages of his report and was extremely satisfied by his professional report. His report submitted on the same day as the inspection was not only detailed, but also constructive as to the condition of the house by categories. I would recommend Gilbert to everyone as I am now convinced hiring the best inspector is as important as house purchased.

Simply awesome! This was my first time going through a home inspection and I very please with the level of professionalism and expertise provided by GM Inspection (Gilbert M.). He takes to the time to explain things in great detail before, during and after the inspection. That's right, the service doesn't end after the inspection... He's there every step of the way to make sure you are at ease during the whole process. Definitely an A+ for customer service and satisfaction. I appreciated Gilbert's services. It is the most expensive inspection among the choices that I had, but he offered quick responses for the quotes ( by email and text messages) and he was pleasant and helpful during the inspection. Overall, I appreciated that he adapted to the needs of his customers ( credit card payment accepted, detailed contract and quick response by text messages) The report was easy to read and has good pictures taken. I am happy with the inspection and felt that I paid the right price to have a peace of mind.

It was a pleasure to work with GM Inspections. From start to finish Gilbert was very thorough and took the time to explain his findings with advice for possible repairs and solutions. Works miticulously and methodically. I strongly recommend taking the thermal imagery option as he is able to find cold spots or possible past water infiltrations in areas where the naked eye can not see. Very pleased with his work and a very complete and detailed report. Highly recommended and would definitely use his services again.

His patience allows him to give all the time needed for an inspection and translating to the client what he observes. The report he prepared was precise, organized and prepared without any delays.
