I was impressed by the service. Reached at 7.50 AM. Office opens at 8.30. By 8AM there were about 25 people behind me. Best time to reach is little before 8 AM about 8 people ahead of me. Staff was quick. All the counters had officers serving customers and line up was moving fast. I was out at 9.15. Very happy with the service and attitude of the staff. Keep it up.

Everyone was courteous and helpful from the security guards outside to the front desk lady and the agent who processed my request. It was a long wait (more than 60 mins) because i could not get any appointment via the online request form (appointments were available after 30+days).I would like to see such great security guards and employees across other administrations in Canada.

Quick, quick, quick! Huge waiting area, courteous and efficient service. Went two hours before closing on the Friday after the strike ended, and the whole thing only took 20 mins (5 mins waiting, 15 mins with agent - I filled out everything at home.)FYI, it's not clear on government website, but this location will get you a passport in 10 business days - you can then have it mailed to you (takes a few extra days) or, for an extra $20, pick it up from Meadowlands branch if you can't wait for the post. You can park near the Rexall.

Knowledgeable and efficient staff. Had a great experience today, which was unlikely considering I had 3 young kids with me lol. Honestly even though I live in barrhaven I will be coming here for my service Canada needs. Thanks to all the staff that helped us today :)

Hassle free service! After reading on official website, got to know that Meadowland (East) center is shifted here (Orleans).Reached Orleans center at 7.30am there was only 1 person before me. By 8.30am when the office opened the queue grew to 20.It took only 15mins for my work & I was out by 8.45am.

A previous review was very accurate and assisted in my 5 star rating. I arrived at 740amish... 2nd inline. There are benches which start the formed line up before its opening. Doors opened at 830 and I was done before 9am. Nice , clean atmosphere and fast working agents. Less volume of ppl as you cannot pick up" from this location."

Showed up at about 7:30 this morning and was third in line. By the time the doors opened at 8:30 the line had grown to about 10-15 people. The people ahead of me moved in quickly and I was directed straight over to a wicket too. The person that helped me was very nice and processed my application in about 15 minutes, showing me the date my passport is to be delivered and a confirmation number. She was a delight to be served by and thankfully had a great sense of humour. I should add that I had all of the necessary identification and paperwork filled out and signed. So, nothing further needed to be completed except on Service Canada's side.

Title: A Service Catastrophe at Canada ServiceRating: ⭐️☆☆☆☆ (1/5)I recently had an incredibly frustrating experience at Canada Service that has led me to write this review. I had an appointment, and my anticipation of a smooth, efficient process was dashed upon interacting with the service personnel.Their demeanor towards me was nothing short of condescending. In a setting that should be characterized by professionalism and respect, I was met with patronizing attitudes and untrustworthy behavior. This created an unwelcoming atmosphere, tinging the entire experience with negativity. The process of verifying my guarantor was particularly exasperating. I was compelled to contact a friend who was in the midst of her workday just to confirm her status as my guarantor. This unnecessary and inconvenient step, which seemed to stem from an inexplicable lack of trust, was an unwelcome disruption to both our days. This approach not only demonstrates a disregard for clients' time but also a severe lack of tact and empathy. The overall service was disappointingly slow. It appears that they have a fundamental issue with time management and workflow efficiency, leaving customers feeling unheard and unattended to. An effective service should prioritize and respect its clients' time, but that principle seems to be missing here. The passport issuance process was another cause for distress. It takes over 15 days to receive a passport – an unbearably long time frame considering today's technological advances. In a world where rapid service is not just preferred but expected, this kind of delay is simply unacceptable.I am profoundly disappointed with the poor quality of service I experienced at Canada Service. The organization seems to have forgotten that at the core of any service industry lies the customer. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their systems, as well as the attitudes of their staff, to provide a service experience that meets, if not exceeds, customer expectations.

Super pleased with my experience here!I didn’t realize one could just waltz into the mall before opening hours, but you can!I arrived at 8am, and there were 6 people ahead of me. An officer came out to check if anyone had a scheduled appointment maybe 15 minutes before opening. As soon as they opened, we were all able to see a clerk right away!!My appointment was a bit more complicated as I had a lot of paperwork involved in getting passports for my kids. The clerk was very thorough, which was incredibly important to me when kids are involved! Lastly, she was very friendly and great to talk with as we worked through this process together. My applications took a good half hour to complete, and I am so pleased with the service I received here. Thank you!

Great experience here. I joined the line outside the door at 8:10am and there was about 10 people ahead of me. I thought I had a long wait ahead of me. Not even close! The moment they opened the doors at 8:30am, we were met by very staff handing out masks and directing us to service points; of which there were many. I was submitting three passport applications and it was very smooth and I have zero complaints. Highly recommend.
