Newest Carpet Cleaning was recommended to me by a friend. She swore they would do a good job. I had a bad experience with another company so I was a bit worried. Well I had no reason to be worried at all! Firstly our appointment wasn't until Wednesday but they called me on the Monday before and said they could come a few days earlier. They knew I really wanted my carpets done because I have pets and kids and my carpets were really bad after training our new puppy. I was impressed that they called me and put me first on their cancellation list as I'm sure they are very busy. Then the job they did on my carpets was phenomenal! In my daughter's room I had went over her rug a few times with a Bissel but the stains were very stubborn and wouldn't come out. Clark took his time and the carpet looked like new again! He even left me some spot remover for future use free of charge. And the rest of my townhouse looks like I just moved in! He was very helpful and personable and I have already recommended them to a few of my friends. You will not regret hiring this company. :)

Fast, efficient, and very friendly service. The pricing is really fair, based on square footage and the exact needs of your house. I really liked how much information about my specific carpet they provided, how to take care of it and clean it better myself in the future. Showed up on time and ready to go which is miraculous for any business in Edmonton. Will use again in the future.

This company is awesome! They arrived on time. My carpets were pretty much a write off and they saved them! My carpet look excellent now. They have wall protectors so their hoses will not damage your walls around the corners and a good trick to keep the hose in place when doing stairs. They work easily and well with each other providing fast and efficient service.

This is my first review on google. I had to go out of my way to write this as I am very pleased and happy with the results. I have to say that Clark and Charlene takes passion at what they do and it shows in their work and extensive knowledge. I got my fabric sofas and leather sofas cleaned and does it ever look brand new and polished. Next week they'll be coming back to work on my carpet. I called to book a cleaning and got one last minute. As military we were pressed for time. They were very kind and we had an agreed time. They called and confirmed their arrival and were on time. They cleaned our 5 bedroom house quite quickly and it looked amazing. With white carpets we were skeptical. But there was no need. They did a great job. Price was great and I will be recommending them to all my friends posted this summer. Thank you!

Very happy with their service. We had an exceptionally dirty carpet with pet stains and the difference between before and after cleaning was absolutely amazing. They were able to accommodate our difficult time restraints as well. Couldn't be more satisfied. Highly recommend!

I got these guys to clean my carpets and i have to say they came out alot better than when i had other companies in to clean, they even got the paint drips out from when i painted! Due to my decision to have my carpets cleaned, I contacted Newest Steam Cleaning. I was most impressed with their response time to my phone message. After listening to my specific request for the work I was seeking, I was quizzed in greater depth to the specifics of the job and based on my response, I was presented with a tentative cost for potential services rendered. Booked time was honored, arrived punctually, and based on our telephone discussion, costs were in line which I attribute to their in-depth questions. As for the work itself, the company did an excellent job, and my carpets look brand new!!!! I highly recommend this company!
