I cannot say enough good things about Nick. I contacted him after working with a broker for 2 months who could not secure a mortgage. Our then current lender also denied our renewal. I was completely desperate, and almost certain I was going to be forced to sell my home. Enter Nick. He was professional, responsive and dedicated. He literally battled it out for me and exhausted all lenders, except for one. But that was all we needed, was just one. Nick secured my mortgage and saved my home.
