The best 1lb sourdough bread rounds. I called in for 2 to pickup. Just in case they run out.We called one time for blueberry bagels. They were huge.

This place had the best raised glazed donut I have ever had! We also really enjoyed the breakfast sandwiches. If you are in Granite Falls this is a must try!! There is also a river walkway across the street and even a few tables to eat alfresco.

Holy Cats, Best apple fritter EVER! Crisp on the outside, nice pull from the pastry inside, and just the right amount of apple and cinnamon. Staff was super friendly.

It’s the gem of granite falls! Small little bakery, that caters to a wide variety. They have hot menu food items, baked goods ready to take home, and of course the display cases filled with donuts, desserts and other treats!When anyone in our family has a birthday we order a cake and it has to be from the bakery. We love a chocolate frosted white cake and they do an incredible job! My only slight inconvenience is that they’re closed Sundays and Mondays, which of course they deserve time to attend to other things and have a life outside of the bakery! For me it’s just my birthday last year was on a Sunday, and this year of course it’s on a Monday! We’ll just celebrate a little earlier this year :)

Went to Carl's for the 1st time, LOVED all the treats we got. They have the BEST donuts. We will be stopping by often now. The staff is friendly.

Ordered and paid for an Apple Pie for my family to pick up as a Thanksgiving Gift, but when my sister called to pick it up they told her they did not have a pie for her. I called and after a lot of finding out what happened" they told me " they sold the pie I ordered" and paid for. They then told me they could give my sister a frozen pie at a discount. My sister said she picked up a Frozen Cherry Pie

We got a bacon egg & cheese croissant and it was the BEST breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had!! The hot chocolate was very delicious as well. If I lived here, I would come everyday. Really nice staff too. Definitely recommend!
