Terrible customer service. Tried to get channel from local lumber yard, no go. Went to Bend It and got a big run around. Finally after a couple days of waiting they told me I had to order it through a lumber yard. Tried that and now a week later still have nothing and no word on if or when it might happen. I couldn't choose less than one star to rate these clowns.
