DO NOT PARK HERE. They say you can pay by credit card but literally every time I try none of the machines work. So you have to go find an atm if you don't have cash on you... And who has cash on them nowadays? They know this and take advantage by not fixing their machines so you have to go upstairs and use their ATM which of course charges you 2$ and then your bank matches the fee after as well. Huge scam. So annoying. I'm never parking here again. It's unfortunate.

I chose to park my car at Joey Bell Tower parkcade tonight and I am beyond disappointed.There was absolutely no signage saying that the parking lot was closed until 6am on weekends and the pay machine ate my debit card also & didn’t respond to emergency calls via the red button on the pay meter.,So not only am I out w a debit card but have also been sitting outside impark for over an hour for them to tell me that someone “may or may not” be on their way. I’m am beyond disappointed with lack of signs and customer service this evening. And after referring to the 9-6 closing time, they still tried to promise that someone will come to let me in although they aren’t open for another few hours. I have wasted $60 on Uber at this point and I am beyond over it!!! Never going to park Impark again, knowing that they’re secretive about their operational hours.
