Hydro One Remote Communities
Hydro One trying to pass ownership and responsibility off on customer for pole that is on crown land. Linesmen have confirmed it is an unregistered easement that has been missed in the barcode survey - yet their supervisors expect customer to pay for replacement pole that is not on customer’s property.Complete runaround and unorganized mess with each call and service visit.
