We are very impressed with the customer service and attention to detail provided by Wilder Medical. The owner, Chris, is so efficient and pleasant to deal with He went the extra mile to make a second call to deliver a thinner cushion for our wheelchair on short notice before my mother was discharged.We are very grateful to the efficient and kind receptionist and to the owner, Chris, for helping us with our wheelchair needs.I am adding to my original review because Chris and Renee at Wilder Medical continue to impress me with their great customer service. My elderly mother has been treated so well by the Wilder Team. They are very kind to her and really take the extra steps to ensure that her wheelchair is perfect. On his last visit, Chris even took the time to help her with her TV remote. Customer service doesn't get better than that! Thank you, Wilder Medical

Chris Wilder took very good care of our Mother Kally. He made personal visits to ensure she was outfitted in her wheelchair. What wonderful customer service!My husband out his back out and we needed a wheel chair. Easter Monday I called and 30 minutes later I picked up a clean, new looking wheel chair. I am sorry I didn't get the clerks name, but she couldn't have been nicer or more helpful.
