After searching through the mind boggling array of hot tub companies and their song and dance routines we came upon Bullfrogs spas and their local reps Thursty Pools. From the initial emails to our in person meeting Chris was open and easy to talk to, answering our Endless questions and still is. The team that delivered the spa was top notch, placed it exactly where we wanted . The tub is working perfectly and the team at Thursty Pools was guided us novices with patience and care. A great experience with them .

The owners were very helpful in locating the right adapters for our hottub repair project. They were also the only pool store open on a Sunday. Very friendly and lovely to deal with.

Todd and his team were exceptional. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. There were recommendations Todd made throughout the install illustrating his knowledge and expertise. He could have simply did what I asked him however I noticed he's a guy that prefers things being done right and follows best practices for the long run! His group of guys all love working for him and I couldn't be happier for choosing Thursty pools to install my pool. Always cleaned up after themselves I never had to ask. Always kept me informed during the process and exceeded my expectations. I will certainly recommend Thursty pools and thank you guys for making this a seamless experience!

We have had a great experience with Thursty Pools. Todd was very pleasant, patient and responsive from start to finish. Every email was answered by the next day and every phone call returned by Dana. She was super helpful and worked hard to get things done quickly. We worked as a team throughout the process. Every worker was friendly, informative and tidied up before they left. Everyone worked hard and long hours to get the job done. We are very happy with the end product and love our pool! Thank you :)Highly recommend.

We bought our Bullfrog Spa from Thursty Pools a few years ago. Service at that time was excellent. I am writing this review because after a few years, we had an issue with our hot tub. It kept losing water. Thursty pools was diligent until they found the issue and repaired it for us. Service was amazing and we would highly recommend their professionalism. Also a big shout out to Greg who kept working at the problem until it got figured out:) We have dealt with a few other pool companies over the years and none have provided such great service.

After many weeks of calling and visiting many pool companies within Durham region and clarington I decided to go with Thursty Pools for my inground pool and hot tub needs. The reason that I went with Thursty Pools was from the initial phone call, and in store meeting I felt like I was their only customer which is a great feeling.I had previously called international pools in which they gave me their contractors phone number and he decided he only needed to quote over the phone and not do a site visit, the owner of OGS landscaping didn't return my phone calls or emails requesting information on a pool for over 2 weeks (I wonder what the service would be like for any issues)…and Taunton pools and Tav pools seems to want to push me into a fiberglass standard pool.Todd at Thursty pools had personally called me and arranged a time on a Saturday to do a thorough review of my yard and personal needs for my family. He offered many options as well as the pros and cons of fiberglass vs steel and vinyl liner and didn't push me towards any standard pools as he was willing to build my dream pool of any size. Giving Thursty pools not only my business but my brother's as well was the best choice. Being a smaller backyard Todd rented a smaller machine to dig my pool. Todd personally showed up every day with a crew of 4 to dig my backyard which has taken twice as long due to a smaller machine. I have never met a more polite and hard-working crew as his. Every night they have cleaned up there tools and my yard and secured the backyard from anyone going in. Purchased a hot tub from Thursty and just had it delivered approx. 1 month later due to our own delays. The service from the day we went into look at the hot tub all the way thru to delivery has been exceptional. We had purchased from another company and the service was far sub par to what we’ve received with Thursty, we’re so happy we purchased it from them. Thanks for great service thus far and for wonderful communication it’s been an easy transaction!!

I would highly recommend Thursty Pools Inc. We looked at multiple companies when making this decision, and ultimately are really glad we went with Thursty. They did a great job on the construction of the pool and their customer service is really good! Todd, Greg and the team are a pleasure to deal with.
