Robert was a dream customer service wise. I was in a bind with a damaged phone and we were set up with a new device and en route in 30 mins. Unfortunately 2 weeks into this purchase the phone application only allows me to make calls in speakerphone mode so I shall be returning shortly :)

Jashan and Robert were very helpful. They helped us coordinate our two lines and set us up with new plans. They were both patient and knowledgeable. We would recommend this store instead of trying to navigate the online or phone customer service portals. Thanks to both of them!

The first 2 associates whom were busy welcomed me and assisted initially.Kizzy took over and was super professional, quite fun to deal with and even shared a sense of humour throughout.Overall it was a pleasant interaction.I would recommend this store.

I am a loyal customer of rogers and pay my bill faithfully every month. Today when I came in to upgrade my phone the customer service was horrendous. I was unable to upgrade my phone unless showing four pieces of identification. I was told they could accept a CAA card but not my health card. Beyond ridiculous.

Excellent service! Kalei and Robert a great team work very cooperatively. Robert explained technology clearly and in terms I understood. 3 other people in the store shared this view with me.

Alperen and Abraham were excellent to work with. My daughter was getting a new phone and both stayed after their shift to make sure all her questions were answered and that her phone was completely set up! Excellent service!!!

I had the pleasure of recently working with Drew and Kizzy at this location! I am in the process of upgrading my phone and made my initial call to Rogers corporate to see what options were available me. After I was offered various options over the phone I said I would like to go to a physical store to handle the phones in person. Drew and Kizzy were able to pull up the offers provided to me over the phone, answer my questions (or know where to get the answer quickly!) and were fun and easy to work with! Thank you both for your great customer service!!!

Very impressed with the staff at this location. Kizzy was the best help I’ve ever had in customer service. She assisted me with upgrading my phone and was super efficient. She was kind and cares about her customers.
