Really appreciated them fitting me in on a busy Saturday. They were so kind and the place is immaculate.

Way too expensive. The whole time they examined my dog, they kept trying to sell me products from their boutique. They insisted on showing me how to clean the dogs ears even though my dog didn't need it. Ever since then my dogs crys when you touch her ears. Oh, I did I mention way too expensive!

Very bad customer service they don't care about animals. My dog has hernia discal after taking medication they prescribed my dog was still in pain. I asked for painkiller they said they can't help. I have to call them many times nobody called back and they suppose to send email for other hospitals it has been a week of waiting. Terrible place!

Yes, they are on the expensive side. However I cannot say they don't care about pets. The technicians are absolutely devoted to their work and they believe (rightly so) that they provide comfort even in stressful situations for the animal. I do get that the size of the clinic costs a lot to maintain and staff doesn't work for dog food either. However, they bill is sometimes hefty. They are good vets and tech (and receptionists too) if your wallet can afford it. Special Shout-Out to Christel from us and late Rouky.

Compassionate and super friendly....I have a 14 year old cat that is suffering and in pain. This veterinary hospital was the only place who made an effort to accommodate us. Can't say enough. Thank you!

I've been a client with them for years, I don't know if it's new management but they now care a lot more about giving you a bill than your pets.If your pet is a part of your family and you want a vet who is actually concerned with their health go somewhere else.Examples : I bring a kitten for his standard vaccination and worm injections. No let's do a bunch of tests before the basics and do some checks to discover kitten has issues" . All would have been resolved by standard vaccinations 1st!2- bring my 12 year old cat for injuries following a cat fight. Does want to look at anything and pushes heart murmure test. When I question this the guy leaves and someone else comes in with a price quote for blood test.Save your money and find better!"

I went to see Dr James Rassi for the first vaccines of my adopted cat. He was very thorough in the examination, extremely kind with Dolly and gave me a lot of useful information.His professionalism and bedside" manners are second to none. Dolly came out of her shell very quickly

I am very happy with the professional and caring staff the clinic has! I am especially happy with the amazing care that Dr. G. Finnegan offers to my pet. He is very approachable and very quick to respond.

Such a nice place with caring technicians. They saved my puppy two years ago from an anaphylactic shock and haven't stopped amazing me ever since. I will always recommend that place to people!

Compassionate, knowledgeable and dedicated staff. They help with behavioral issues as well as health issues. Happily still choose to take my dog to Candiac even after I moved to Sainte-Julie. They know me but more importantly my dog by name. Faithful customer since 2005.
