Conrad came to my office: Lorette Chiropractic Centre, on a Monday morning to inspect my 2 furnaces and 2 AC's. By mid day I had the quotes on the repairs we agreed to and the prices of 2 furnaces. (1 had to be replaced). The prices were VERY reasonable. (lower than I was expecting). By Wednesday afternoon the furnace was replaced, all the repairs complete and everything cleaned up and the garbage removed. They were friendly, efficient and courteous!! I am very pleased and impressed. Excellent customer service!!!

Fantastic in depth service, very reasonable prices, honest feedback/ information given. No ridiculous sales pitch and in fact they thoroughly inspected/tested my furnace in ways the other cheaper companies had not. I will be a customer for life. Thank you Gerard and Conrad.

Called this company to get our geo thermal unit looked Gentleman showed up did the due diligence and was going to send me a quote days went by not hearing from them decided to call them only to wait for another few more weeks with NO answer we thought they could be busy so decided to call a few more time leaving messages and no answer I got fooled by the good reviews this Company has on google they could have simply told me that this big of a job isn't their cup of tea from the initial visit instead of making us wait for 3 months to finally decide however I can sit here and go on for More paragraphs with our experience but certainly don't have the time of day to do so however I recommend trying others and maybe signing a contact with another Professional in the field.and the only Professional employee with this company is Conrad guy was fast friendly and punctual when I gave them the final call even tho it was disappointing but Conrad did his Job like any Professional should.cheers and good-luck.

Pulled up to the crib quick, & were honest :) recommend!

They were great the first few times we needed them. Then after they did a 10,000 dollar repair and swore that the rest was good another piece broke and we paid another 1100 dollars they stopped returning our phone calls! Even when we said the heat was not working at all! This has happened multiple times!!
