Terrible service! They try to rip you off by making you buy more expensive stamps where you don't need to overpay. First he said that I don't want to put so many stamps on an envelop

This is my go-to Canada Post location and I've always had good experiences. It can get busy though. They work hard to get people through as quickly as they can. Always a friendly greeting. Never a problem with a shipment.

Bad customer service. The guy who wears glasses vigorously throws the parcel in purpose and I’m here. His attitude is so RUDE!

I live in the area and have been coming to this post office for about 4 years now. I've never had a bad experience. The staff are always friendly and efficient when sending or receiving packages. I've picked up so many things from this location that a couple of the staff members recognize me. This is the best Canada Post location I've ever been to as they've always been very diligent and nice.On a side note: Please don't review this location as if you're reviewing your Canada Post delivery person/Canada Post overall. It's just generally not fair since the staff here have nothing to do with the delivering process/post office services as a whole.

Every time I try to catch them before closing they’re closed up to an hour before their listed closing times on my package slips. Waste of my time, I shouldn’t have to look up their store hours (which are listed different online) when the slip states their business hours, but I guess that’s what I’ll be doing now since I have no say in which post office my parcels show up to. I walk in with a package slip and the staff just says it’s closed and stares at me until I leave.

Unfortunately a very bad experience here. I was looking to send a parcel to Australia and was told it would be $26, no other information was provided. When I asked if it was tracked, he said no, and that tracking was $80. I couldn't afford the $80, so went for the $26 because he implied it was my only option. Days later, when I went online I found out he had not provided the correct info at all - there were multiple options between those two, and the $26 one meant that it was going by boat and would take 2-3 months!!! He never expressed any of this to me, and now because it has no tracking and is already in transit, there is no way to do anything about it. I would HIGHLY advise going somewhere else, or not even using Canada Post, because their customer service was very unhelpful when I explained the issue to them.

I live closer to the Canada Post in Shoppers Drug Mart (Pender and Bute) but I always come to this location as I’ve found the staff very helpful and polite. The service is efficient and quick. I’ve never had any problems in more than 2 years shipping my parcels from this location.

Wow… what a nice man. I went to ship this big item, finally found the proper size and he came and brought a box and didn’t even charge me for it. He’s very kind and helpful. Im glad I went there and I will only go there from now on! Thank you !
