Perfect service, but ...The service is perfect and professional obviously! But for little businesses a recovery can be quite expensive. A price they can rightfully ask. But remember that at DRN you can't get your data if you chose to pay in installments before you completed your full payment.Next time, I unfortunately won't go for DRN

DRN did what they could do to recover as much from my damaged external hard drive as possible. The pricing for recovered information was clear with no surprises at the end. Communication was also very good.

Very professional service troughout the whole process. Questions before order placement have been answered very quickly. The write/reading head had damaged quite some sectors of our hard disk but they have been able to restore 99,59% of our data. Amazing job, Thank you very much! Data was recovered quite quickly. Service was friendly although it was mostly done in Dutch despite the fact I asked for English. Also the diagnosis and agreements were sent in Dutch. After I asked for translation only 10-20% of document was translated. And I have to ask for English answers each time during contact. It is also not clear how should you get the password to your data so you have to wait for DRN openning hours.

After my harddisk was picked up by UPS, I didn't hear anything. So I sent them an email requesting some information about the status. No response. I tried calling them...answering machine...we are currently closed." Line disconnected. This seems to be a huge scam. I want my harddisk back ASAP."
