RONA Calgary (Edmonton Trail)

This RONA is one of the smaller outlets. It serves tradespersons and customers in surrounding light industrial, commercial, and residential areas. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. In the past two occasions, we were in the paint department. Both times we were served by pleasant women who really know their merchandise and how it is best used. We will gladly continue to enjoy our trips to this outlet.

Good customer service and great selection. Not busy at all

My husband purchased a special order appliance for me for Mothers Day. I was very excited as I wanted this ice cream maker for a long time. The arrival date was a bit long. But I was happy I was going to get the item. We called closer to the date we were given to se if there was an update on the arrival. The lady on the phone was very rude and got angry with us because the product was not suppose to be sold to us???? Apparently they were not going to be getting the item but no one called us to let us know. We were told that we have to come to the store to get a refund for the item and there was no way we could get the item any more and then we were hung up on. The lady was extremely rude right from the start and offered no solution or customer service in the whole time we dealt with them. I even called the main customer service line and the lady I chatted with was way more helpful and explained to me why we could not get the product we ordered and even offered a discount on another like product. She even called the store we dealt with and got the same ridiculous service we received.Needless to say, I will not be going back to this Rona as I actually found the same appliances for sale, and purchased at Canadian Tire. I even picked it up the same day I purchased it and did not have to special order it.

Absolutely pleased with the service I received from this location. Luis and his staff work hard to make your return/exchange effortless. Definitely will continue to bring my business here!

All of the staff are always lovely but Jen in particular went above and beyond helping me the other day!

Really nice having a hardware store close to home, but being it's a smaller store, often are lacking all the items that are in the other big stores like Sunridge. Today I was wanting Irrigation supplies. Nope.

I went in for flowers, came out with a cart full. The staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the visit. Probably alot more fun than you would think a trip to Rona would be! Spent over an hour in checking out all the deals.

Clean, friendly environment. Was able to get the products I was looking for. I originally looked up a product I couldn't find but the associate was able to look if up in their store and I got it right away.

Had a very poor experience at Rona today, came in for some simple plumbing supplies and was unable to find assistance after asking several staff members. You guys can do better. Very disappointed.
