Always an excellent experience. I have shopped for years at their Bayview Village location. Liz especially has been helpful and always professional with my orders and sometimes custom orders with embroidery (which they can also do). So much to choose from, and not only what you see in the store…

I ordered St. Pierre Lisboa Bamboo 350TC Sheet Set online, discovered a large hole along the seam after washing (didn't use them). I take it to the Bayview location and they wont exchange them, said it had to go back to online warehouse??? And they would be ready in 3 days. two weeks later nothing, I asked for a refund /exchange and was toldThe sheets were received back to us in a washed/used condition.Due to our website policy we are unable to issue refunds or repairs to sheets that have been damaged after wash or use."So buyer beware these sheets didn't last 1 wash and service was poor.In the end they did sew them up

I bought a Duvet set and bedsheet set, which were told 500 thread count, and made in Italian. After I opened the box, there was no label inside the set. Moreover, they are not soft than 100 thread count after I washed it out. I paid over $800 for two sets, but the quality is really bad. The store cheated the customer. Do not buy anything from this store!!!

Be careful with this store when you purchase an item. They swap your receipt with an older one, or they adjusted the date on their register. I don’t know how they mess up with your receipt but they put you in trouble when I comes to their sacred return policy. If you are lucky and the rude people working there don’t refuse your return, They use all means to give you store credit instead of your money back.

Unfortunately, a cotton blanket I just purchased had a group of deeply ingrained yellow stains, small though they are. I had washed the blanket after purchase as directed and was told by store employees that since I washed the blanket, policy dictated that the blanket could not be returned. The washer was not the culprit. Irresponsible of the store at Bayview Village in this instance.

Do NOT go to David's Linens! Their customer service is absolutely awful. I bought a sheet set for my daughter from a lady by the name of Giovanna. She sold me what seemed to be a nice white set with pink satin stiching. What she failed to do, as a sales associate who should know the product, is open the packaging and take out the pillow cases and show them to me. This Italian company designs the pillow cases which come in a sheet set more like a sham which is decorative with switching on all sides of the case. Second to that, the pillow case is ABNORMALLY large, so large that you would never be able to fit a Queen sized pillow in there. I bought these sheets at the end of December, I only opened them mid January as I was waiting for my daughter's bed to arrive. I finally opened the sheet set in January and to my surprise saw the design and size of this pillow case and was absolutely unhappy with it. I contacted the store right away to explain the situation, I was very patient and understanding. I even took the sheet set to them to show them and the sales associates in the store that night (since there was no manager?) both said something was not right with the sizing of this case. They told me to leave it with them and that Liz would call me back. Well days went by and Liz was nowhere to be found. Not a call, not anything. I had to call several times to check in with Liz who was not professional or accountable at all. Anytime I spoke with her she would lie through her teeth and say that she called me when she never did. She would always give excuses and was not helpful at all. I acknowledged to her that I bought the sheets end of December and it was now mid January. I acknowledged that their store policy is no refund, however, in light of these very specific events that I would have never known the size of this pillow case - as I do not work in the store and know all the product this would have never been a problem. But even still going through all of that, she was very cold and rude and said nope sorry can't help you. A store with good customer service would have taken the sheets back, provided a refund and then dealt with the issue on their own end with the company who manufactured sheets for a Queen bed but that could fit a King. The level of customer service received from this store is disgusting. I would NEVER again buy anything from them. Liz even went so far as to lie to me and tell me that Giovanna said she did open up the sheet set and show me the pillow case. This is far from the truth and even my own mother was there who can vouch that this did not happen. These people were awful to deal with and I am very disappointed that sheet shopping for my 4 year old daughter's first bed went so terribly. If i could not give this place a star at all, I wouldnt - they don't even deserve a 1 star rating. They should be ashamed.

Had a really positive experience shopping here. We have moved and were overwhelmed with having to pick out the bedding for each room. The staff were really patient and helped us find the set for each room and even let us take pieces home to see how they would work with colors and lighting in the room. They have great selection, and so many different options. We have looked at several different bedding places and this by far had the greatest choice in terms of colors and design. They were also able to custom order several pieces for us and delivered them to our home! Definitely would come back if I need anything in the future and will be recommending to friends and family!

Liz made my shopping experience at this store very pleasant. She's knowledgeable, experienced, nice & patient. I really appreciate her great help choosing quality products with good deal, and running extra miles to deliver one of the items (not available in store) the next day. Will definitely come back shop again and recommend this store to family & friends.

Sold me a damaged towel and refused to exchange it. They are claiming it was damaged in the washer while no other towels were damaged.The owner is very rude and does not cooperate.Also gave me a king bedsheet in a package for queen sheet of a completely different brand.Do no trust anything you buy here.

I bought 4+ bedroom sets of pillows, duvets, sheet sets and duvet covers from the Bayview location online/ via the Bayview store. This was during COVID. The service was exceptional. The products were delivered right to my door by a staff member. As I ordered online there were a number of items I wished to exchange (color, look/feel not always easy to gauge on a computer screen). The attention to detail and assistance with the exchanges was second to none. Liz at the Bayview location was especially amazing in getting me through the exchange of a number of items and further tweaks to the order. I would definitely recommend this store / their services. I am super happy with the products I have tried out so far.
