Recently purchased a mattress along with a frame which ended up costing approx $2500. Upon returning home, I noticed that I was given a queen size frame instead of a king. I called to notify the store. They did not offer to ship the proper size frame to my residence and insisted I would have to come in person to do the exchange (I live over an hour away).The issue lies with the fact that the store’s employees along with the manager I spoke with were indifferent to the fact that they had made an error on their end. Not once was an apology made nor was there any attempt at rectifying their mistake through an exchange. I ended up having to drive from over an hour, spend 45 minutes in the store along with paying the difference in price for the frame. A reputable vendor would have absorbed the difference in price or at the bare minimum issued an apology to the customer. I didn’t receive either. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Purchased a mattress one year ago and it started to sag, Contacted the brick and sent photos of the sag and within 2 hours we had confirmation to get it replaced. attended the Brick in Owen Sound and they were very energetic to help us to find a replacement mattress. We can pick up the new mattress within 5 days. Excellent service. Thank You Jon

Visited store on 3/24/22 around 3 pm and purchased a couple of items. Since undecided about a couple of other items took photos with price on the tag. Returned in about an hour to purchase the other items. Since the receipt was e-mailed did not know was charged more than double the tag price (charged $199.97 vs. S89.97) until I got home. I immediately called the store and was told that the salesperson had gone home for the day but had mentioned that an error was made and I would be called the next day. I received no call. When I went to pick up the item the manager told me the price was $149.97, not $89.97. I showed him my photo of the tag and the manager said that the price went up in that hour that I was gone. Consequently, I did not buy the lamp as they should have honored the tag price (a reputable company would have). My son has had issues with The Brick as well and advised me not to shop there. Very shoddy business practices and do not recommend purchasing anything there.

The warranty is always greatIf you don't use it, you can use it as an in store credit, so it's not a waste. Staff are helpful. They have a good selection and what they don't have, they can deliver. It's always a pleasure shopping there and we always find what we're looking for.

I just moved into the area and needed to buy a new washer / dryer and mattress … walked into the store and was greeted right away. Robert was very friendly and knowledgeable.He made my shopping experience stress free and gave me lots of tips for fun things to do in Owen Sound .. thank you

Just don't go to this store and buy the products, they will tell you they gonna give the product within a period but they won't and they blame the manufacturer. They must let the customer know if there is a long waiting. They just take your time and leave you in the middle.I ordered a couch and the expected delivery at the end of May or the beginning of June, now it's the end of June and they are not sure they can even deliver the product on the end of June , I spoke with a lady and she was like you can cancel at any time and they don't know when it's gonna come, why you guys didn't tell me this when I used my visa Card in your store. who is responsible for the time that I wasted?Very bad customer service as wellNever go to this store again
