Helped by Kevin 8 years ago. I usually would not order from a catalog and would like to see the piece in person first. Yet, I had confidence in Kevin; he knew exactly what I was seeking. Prices were reasonable and sales happen here and there. Delivery was not an issue for me. I highly recommend this place and still consider it for future purchases.

I bought my entire house furniture from direct interior . Kevin guided me through the entire process. He was very approachable and available at all time to answer any furniture related questions even sometime at 10 pm . I had few issues with the furniture after it arrives their customer service team took care of everything . I will highly recommend Kevin at direct interior .

I’ve been here many times, but never bought anything, until now with the great help and customer service from Diana Pecoraro. She went all out to help us pick out furniture and guided throughout. If you are looking for someone to give you HONEST help, not just try making money then this is the lady.

Working with Lucy has been a great experience. She prompt, patient, and transparent. It was very easy working with her and she made us feel so comfortable. She gave us great design choices and we have been back to her over and over again. We recommend her to all our family and friends!

Prices were good as were the sales people, and that's where it ended. First issue was furniture was delivered 2 months later than we were told, so instead of the 4 months they told us, it took 6 months and the additional 2 pillows we ordered took even longer.The main reason I would not recommend this place, nor will I purchase anything from them again is their after sales service, or extreme lack there of. Our sofa had two rips in the dust cover, and when you sat on it, it would make a tremendous creaking noise. It took months of calls and email for them to pick it up and fix it.We ordered the sofa Dec 31, and have a sofa that we are satisfied with on Sept 22.

I absolutely LOVE going to Direct Interiors. They have the most beautiful showroom with furniture that meets all styles. I have and will always go to Carla. She understands my vision and goes above and beyond to put together furniture pieces to suit the room I'm working on. She is in constant communication from beginning to end and even offers her advice and opinions on how to accessorize the furniture. I always recommend Carla to all my family and friends! Thank you for helping make my new home so beautiful!!

We have decorated our whole house by purchasing furniture from Direct Interior. We always work with Carla and she always seems to surpass our vision. Carla is a great sales person and interior decorator. She provides honest opinion and answers calls at all times of the day. Overall the experience from designing and ordering until the day the furniture is delivered is amazing. We will keep returning as customers :)

Fantastic experience working with all the professionals at Direct Interiors. Could not have done it without them. Tessa, Dee and Katie were patient and helped us make great choices.Any challenges were not their doing (supply chain issues). Loved that we could contact their customer service, Rosemary, and order status, Milva, for them to contact the suppliers. Huge relief for us. It all came together and looks amazing.We highly recommend them

We made a few visits to select our dining room furniture and Lina was a great help to us. Communication was easy and she was very patient as we changed our mind a few times. Thank you! Great communication from the dispatch team as well when our order was ready to be delivered. I would return to Direct Interiors for any other pieces we might need in the future.
