Have only great things to say about Rock and Jordan at Agrecomm. Would definitely recommend this appraisal firm.

Rock did an appraisal for a property for me in London ON - it consisted of property and vacant lot next door - the value reflected in the appraisal is not reflective of the current value of property at all. Again the aubject property is located in London and comparables were used from Delhi, Windsor, Brantford, Parkhill, Leamington - not one local value was used from London Ontario to establish true value of the property. If no comps available in London at least use cost to build similar property instead of just slapping together a report using what you can find in cities that are like 100km away and in completely different markets in terms if economics or demographics. It sucks that a fee of approx $2000 collected but the report is subpar and not accurate. Definitely will not use Agrecomm Appraisal
