**TERRIBLE SERVICE **I recommend to avoid this store if you can. Specially if you need help and they are about to close, don’t even bother. Employees claim they work for minimum wage and would like to leave right on time.They service I received was outrageous. I was stranded for a whole day because Bell disconnected all 4 cellphone lines of service I got less than 24hrs prior.The female blamed me and my mother as being rude and said SHE WILL “KICK US OUT FROM THE STORE” and she hung up on an ongoing call and refused to help.

Amanda was extremely dismissive & discourteous, instead of offering customer service I was presented with attitude and irritation, after expressing I had already been treated poorly over the phone. I will be pulling 3 phones, 2 internets & a cable package from Bell immediately due to this interaction.

Went into the store to get some advice on plans and phone details and was helped immediately by Nicholas. He was very helpful, kind, and knowledgeable and helped me understand what my options were. He knew all the details about the phones and plans! Highly recommend going in store!
