We are Medusas House Of Replies . we happily adopted a Red Iguana to go with our other 2 that we have here . absolutely amazing animal ! Very social and loves attention gets along great with all the other reptiles here . good eater ! Can't imagine our home without her now ! This rescue is very reliable & professional Morgan's very friendly and has a huge heart for animals! If anyone was to donate anything to a local reptile rescue I would choose this one ! I saw their booth at the Reptile Expo in Mississauga the weekend before last, I've never been to their location... if they have one; so this review will be on that experience.I don't remember the name of each booth, but I do remember this one. They had some of their animals there and even some enclosures at a discounted price, which I found to be AMAZING! Enclosures are one of the most expensive initial costs of getting most reptiles, and making that easier also helps people who want pets, and can afford to keep pets, but the upfront cost is a little prohibitive. Food over pets' lifetimes is more expensive, sure, but it's so much easier to spend $20 a month out of your pay, than it is to save up over a grand, of not more, for the enclosure and all the stuff to go in it, and that doesn't even include the animal, some of which can range in the $20k area or more! People put downpayments on CARS for less!Anyhow, I really appreciated that they provided used enclosures for people, and I will absolutely check if they have any in stock suitable for a Ball Python before looking elsewhere! Not only is it cheaper, but supporting legitimate adoption agencies is always a great idea!Now I didn't have questions for the staff who attended the expo, at the time, and even if I had, it was a little too busy for me to want to wait to ask, but I did overhear someone else talking to them and they seemed friendly, and very knowledgeable, from what I could tell.I think this is a great agency and I would yell from the rooftops to promote them if I could. ADOPT! DON'T SHOP! If you can, always.

I had been researching possible reptiles for some time and planned on adopting a snake. I found the Ontario Reptile Rescue website and saw that there was an adoption event taking place nearby. I attended the event and was greeted by very welcoming and helpful folks (along with some adorable reptiles up for adoption). I adopted a rescued ball python. Since I was a first time snake owner, I asked lots of questions and was given as much time as needed to set everything up for my snake to have a good home. Morgan from Ontario Reptile Rescue replied to lots of emails and texts to answer questions and to accommodate the date/time I would pick up my snake. It was a great experience and the folks are wonderful!

I applied to Foster reptiles and have been given the opportunity. My experience so far has been absolutely amazing. I look forward to continue working together.

I really wanted to adopt a snake and avoid shopping for a new family member. so I was doing some research online and I found the Ontario Reptile Rescue. Immediately upon sharing my interest in the snake listed, Morgan was so helpful so informative and so patient with me in figuring out whether the snake would be a good fit for me.Now I am super happy snake parent of a lovely pal named Peanut. I was a first time snake owner but I made sure to do a lot of research before hand. So if folks are interested in adopting a good starter snake like a ball python make sure you come in prepared and knowledgeable and able to put the time and patience into a new friend.Overall I had an amazing experience and I'm really glad that I was able to adopt and support a place like this! I really encourage other folks to adopt snakes as well, as there really are too many in pet shops and things like that and they're often not the best taken care of.Check out Ontario Reptile Rescue i highly recommend!

Got my first snake from them and they were wonderful. Answered all the questions I had truthfully. The process was easy and they met me a short drive from my house for me to pick up my new snake. She was in great shape when I picked her so it's obvious that they take great care of their reptiles.

We were very happy with Morgan at Ontario Reptile Rescue. She made us feel very secure leaving our reptile with her. She was professional and kind. Would definitely recommend!

Lovely organization. We got two snakes here, Adam and Eve. They were quite healthy and in good condition. Very nice and helpful staff. Was worth the long drive up to Toronto for our lovely ball pythons. Prices are very good here. Would love to adopt more animals from here in the future. Amazing what they do for these misunderstood animals.

Recently I had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome my beautiful red iguana Scarlett. It was an extremely tough decision to make but Ontario Reptile Rescue assured me they could take her in and find her the perfect family. Morgan kept me updated and provided me the reassurance and confidence I needed to entrust them with her. I am happy to say she has been adopted and I couldn't be more please with Morgan and the Ontario Reptile Rescue.Thank you!!!!Barb
