Reitmans

This Reitmans had incredibly good customer service. Becca was so helpful and patient with my auntie and I. She made us feel welcome and she was so happy to help. Thanks Becca!!

Had excellent customer service today from the gals at Reitmans Mayfield Common. They brought multiple outfits to me in the dressing room which was greatly appreciated. They were friendly, knowledgeable and showed great patience and understanding with me and my body image hang-ups lol. If you need to go shopping for clothes... give Reitmans at Mayfield a chance to impress the hell out of you.

I was at this location 2-3 weeks ago and the service was amazing. They didn't have my size for things I wanted and they helped me order it.Today was the complete opposite. I was never greeted but people around me were. I was never offered a change room but people around me were. I stood infront of one of the ladies while she folded clothes and was ignored.I left the store in tears because I never felt more invisible until now.I can never shop at this store again.Updated:05/18 - Thank you for you response. I did send a customer inquiry on your website. I received a standard thank you for sending a comment email". No further emails to ask what actually happened."

Not a good experience dealing with associates specifically at this location. I spoke to kim over the phone and she was super rude. Cutting me before i could say anything. Worse customer service ever. Never going to this location again.

This is my second time shopping at this location and both times I have had really great experiences. The ladies working there are very nice and very helpful. Both times I have left feeling that there are people working here who actually like what they do, get along with each other and love dealing with customers. Will definitely be back! I love Reitmans. ;)

Very impressed with the customer service at this location. I had an issue come up and they were willing to help and I ended up leaving with exactly what I wanted as well some extras :) very courteous considering I made the oops and sadly the other location was not willing to work with me :( definitely will be back! Go here and you won't be disappointed!!!

I buy a lot of stuff online for reitmans and this is the closest store for me if i need to exchange or do a return. The ladies there are always so friendly and nice to help you out with anything you need. I highly recommend this store if you are wanting to go in and shop for some new clothes just based on customer service alone.

How you can you tell a racist without telling me you’re racist.My boyfriend and I went into the store and salesperson approaches us and says “to let you know I will not follow you around because I don’t believe in that”That statement tells me she, the sales lady closely focused on my bf and I, because we are Indigenous!Helllloooo, that is the same as social profiling! Which is very unprofessional and racist! Disgusting behaviour!

Very frustrating to look online and only size 0 models. This does not mean size inclusivity if you only show size 0 but sell other sizes. We need to see how clothes look on all sizes. So nothing has changed.
