Their dress looks nice as long as you don’t find any issues with the dress. “BE CAREFUL” about their return policy. When you purchase the dress, you only are told the return is accepted in 14 days for a full refund or exchange. So you may quickly try it in the store and not pay too much attention to other things. But they don’t tell you that it ONLY applies if you didn’t remove the tag or only applies to an ‘unworn’ dress.I removed the tag because I knew that it was the dress I liked and wanted to wear in different events. But when I wore it, I realized that elastic bands around the collar was way too tight to let you move your shoulders easily and that also caused the dress collar didn’t stand well. It made my top shoulders become red and uncomfortable. It was easy to prove those things although the store even did not accept an exchange or a store credit.Literally, their return policy is not effective even if you could show them where those problems were coming from. So first ensure that you feel really really comfortable in the dress before purchasing it. Otherwise you would be on your own with an expensive dress and no one would resolve the issue for you.

I was looking for a dress for a wedding as the dress I was going to wear had fit before Covid. The ladies in the store were extremely helpful. I tried on many dresses and then realized that the wedding I was attending might not be as formal as some of the past weddings and mentioned a more casual dress. My husband was also helping finding dresses. One of the sales ladies brought a blue dress with shell print and knew it was perfect.The ladies in the store were amazing. All I had to do was stay in the change room and they brought dresses they thought I would like. It was a great experience as I walked away with a dress for the wedding. I will definitely go back to shop as the prices were reasonable and seemed good quality. Thank you
