I brought in a very important garment to me for some alterations. Connie completed the alterations perfectly within the day. She is remarkably professional and accurate.

Connie did an amazing job replacing the two-way zipper on my parka. Not only did she offer the most competitive price, but she had it done within just a few days. The stitch work on the zipper is superb and I’m so thankful I chose Connie’s. Thank you!!

I was referred here today as I was running in my heels and broke the strap-that put an end to my day on the road. Well Connie took my shoes, they will be ready Saturday and with a smile on her face she lent me a pair to wear home! NOW THAT IS SERVICE - thank you Connie

The best place to fix your clothes in Brampton. Connie is very busy so don't expect for same day service. But she is capable to fix almost everything.

I would give this place 0 star. I have given this place a second chance after all my curtains were ruined from alternations. They were given specific instructions, easy measurements actually and they completely messed it up and then they tried to fix it leaving holes all along the curtains. ALL OF THEM!!! I decided to give them a second chance for dry cleaning and charged me 30 plus tax to clean a rug and they couldn't even get it clean. Litterly the vacuum cleans it. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Connie is always happy to help and does next day service for no extra cost. Just remember to mention that you need it! She does a wonderful job on all my suites and shirts! Even got a nasty grease stain out of my suit pants!

The main business is alterations and dry cleaning. Connie has also attempted to expand the business into embroidery. That was very poor quality work and drastically overcharged. You pay upfront before the work is done.

I do not own a dog nor does anyone in my immediate family because we are mildly allergic to pet hair. I brought several garments to Connie to clean for me and my girlfriend. When I returned home and opened them from their plastic cover they were completely covered in fine dog hair. Two of my wool sweaters even had dog hairs woven into the fabric. When I called to ask what had happened Connie was extremely rude and non-apolgetic, she also denied having a dog. So being the curious person that I am I made a return visit and low and behold she has a small dog that stays with her at the cleaners.What kind of dry cleaning service has a dog that sheds lots of hair on site while supposedly cleaning peoples clothes? Please take your business elsewhere.
