Sketchy workmanship and careless attitude as it relates to vinyl wrapping. Was there on a Saturday morning to have a couple small parts wrapped on my car. They did not take my car into the bay until 4 hours after the appointment start time. They finally pull the car in and get one of the parts wrapped in literally 5 minutes, then try to pass it off as a perfect job. Wrap was crinkled and wavy in areas and not cut properly in others…just a super careless job. Had to have them fix the wrap 3 times before it became acceptable. After all this they have the nerve to charge me the highest end of the range quoted. They also had a vehicle in there that was getting a full body wrap...one person completed it in about six hours. NO CHANCE that it can be done properly in that time. Take your vinyl wrapping business somewhere else unless you enjoy throwing away money…would never go back to this shop for any reason.Regarding your response...it doesn't surprise me that you don't keep accurate records. Nothing you can do about the situation now, you had your chance to step up when I was there. Just want to share my experience with others, that's all.

Amazing service, excellent price and a very clean job tinting my windows. They accommodated my schedule, opening early and letting me leave the vehicle late, and ensuring I was happy with the work. I would definitely recommend D & D for any auto needs.

Brought my new 2017 Santa Fe to the guys at D&D Appearance. Had my windows tinted and also the paint protection done to the hood, handle area, door mirrors and fenders. They did an excellent job on my vehicle was I very happy with their work. All products used are 3M and have a guarantee. I would 110% trust these guys and recommend them to anybody.

I have now used these guys three times. Once for my windows tinted, my tail lights tinted and a full car detail. AND THEY KILLED IT!!! They do an absolute amazing job and great customer service. I always went through Dan and he has been great in helping me with what I'm looking for and be able to provide an outstanding service. Highly recommend these guys!!

Great quality service, excellent prices and clean organized waiting area. Had my windows tinted on my Acura TLX A-SPEC. Will be returning for tint on my other vehicle as well.

I have had my car detailed here several times and no matter how dirty my car is when I bring it in, it always comes out spotless and looking like new! At D & D Appearance they pay attention to the fine details and they pride themselves on perfection. By far the best car detail and service I have ever received. Highly recommend.

Great experience, friendly staff and a clean office. Prices are reasonable. They do take care of your vehicle and have a wonderful waiting area. You can trust them with customizing your vehicle!I had window tinting done there for a BMW X1 Suv. Tint is still drying and the fact that they offer lifetime warranty is great also.

I would definitely go back again for interior detailing. Also thank you so much for helping me wrap my dishwasher from stainless to a colour that closely matches my cabinets!

I recently purchased a Nissan Qashqai. I called for an appointment on Friday for Saturday to get my windows tinted. They were VERY accommodating. When I got there, I asked if it would be possible for them to install some chrome accessories that I purchased that the dealership wanted an arm and a leg to install. I was told no problem. I waited while they did the work. They had me come and see the chrome accessories - they did a fantastic job. I now know that they not only tint windows, but they do detailing both inside and out. I definitely plan on using their services again. Not only that, but I will recommend D&D Appearance to everyone. They were all really nice guys!!

I've been to D&D Appearance several times for different services including winter tire purchase/ installation, window tinting, windshield chip repair and car starter installation. These guys do great work and take pride in what they are doing. They have a wealth of knowledge, a wide variety of products/services and are great at recommending what is right for your car. I would recommend D&D to anyone!
