Roadway Towing

Recently I was involved in an accident. Roadway was on-site fast to help and secure the area!

My car broke down (and I almost did too ha) just off the Alex Fraser Bridge at Rush hour. Rafal arrived and was super professional and efficient. He was also a great conversationalist as we towed my car the hour to the drop location. It was very relaxing and calming after a stressful couple hours stuck on the side of the road. Would highly recommend their service based on my experience last evening with them :)

Roadway Towing is very terrible. Make sure you don't pay with your visa. They give different rates and then when it comes to paying they charge double. I would not recommend using their service.

My car tires were flat / damaged due to a whole in the road / damaged road and stuck on New Westminister high midnight, Roadway towing are so efficient they came on site and towed my vehicle.I definitely recommend them as a good and timely service provider.

Found a brokedown Range River on the highway on my way to the ferry, called Roadway Towing and they sent out a towtruck as soon as possible. Good looking trucks, well-trained operators, all around professional.

Have used them a few times to help unlock my truck or to tow my ride. Good solid crew.

Helped me out when all hope" was lost! A little reluctant on a snow day

Extremely unprofessional staff. Arranged for my car to be towed from my old house to my new house at 12 pm. After not hearing from anyone by 12:15 I called to see what was going on. The lady who answered the phone was very unprofessional and was no help whatsoever. She said they were short drivers which is understandable. However, what I am not okay with is them not even giving me a courtesy call to let me know. She said we will try by maybe 2 pm. Sorry but that’s not good enough.Thankfully I found another towing company that came within an hour. Would give 0 stars if I could.

My mom and myself were on our way back to Victoria from Vancouver. We arrived at the Tsawwassen terminal and went out for a walk. Somehow my car locked itself even with the car key inside (it doesn’t happen normally for BMW). We called BCAA and they said it will take 4 hours but since we need to pick up my son from daycare in Victoria. BCAA said they will put a red flag on this and hopefully someone will show up. Then we called Roadway Towing. The girl told me they have just received the phone from BCAA. And they are sending people here in half an hour! We waited by the car and half an hour later we received a call from a gentleman and told me he is almost arriving at the ferry. Then we saw a big truck came. A guy came down and he said I’m sorry I tried my best to come here faster but the traffic was bad. What a nice man! Later on we know his name is Rafal. It was quite tricky and also Rafael’s first time trying to open a BMW door because BMW doesn’t lock itself when car key is still inside. He was very careful and tried everything but didn’t work. Luckily the car key was sitting in the cup holder. Rafal then used a long stick and tried to press the open button.. he was very patient and very careful and didn’t want to damage my car. After a long time, finally he reached the button and we heard the click sound. He is the hero indeed!!! Don’t know what we are going to if he didn’t open the car. We probably have to go back to Victoria, get the key and then come back to get the car.. he was a life saver. So professional and nice! Thank you Rafal!!! We really appreciate your help!!! You are the best!!!
