Very bad and dishonest company. I placed an order for a part that they sell for $30 with free shipping, went through the checkout and received confirmation. Then, late at night I received an e-mail asking me to pay extra $10 for shipping, because the item did not qualify for free shipping. A chain of e-mails resulted in nothing - they did not want to admit their mistake. Thus, I had to cancel the order. Next day I say they jacked the price to $32. Not to mention that other companies sell it for $US18 or it can be ordered it from China for ~$10. I will never deal with them again.

I ordered teak cleaning solutions from the website and am happy with the order. The price was comparable to US Amazon (when considering duties) and arrived surprisingly fast.

Take your business someplace else. This store does not honor their online prices so their free shipping. Price was advertised $100 cheaper than what it was actually sold for. When tried purchasing product for the price advertised on THEIR website, order didn't go through. As per the store, they had an increase from their supplier" and part could no longer be sold for the ADVERTISED price. As it was still cheaper than competition
