Bought my prom dress here today and had an amazing experience. They have the prom dresses in the lower level with fitting rooms and pedestals to look at your dress on. There were a few other girls trying dresses at the same time and it didn’t feel too crowded or busy. So many different dress options with a range of prices and styles. I was so impressed by the sizing options and didn’t have to worry about sizes at all during my appointment, rare for a plus sized girl. Lila helped me try a few dresses and she seemed very invested ans was super kind and helpful. Overall it’s a more self-directed experience which I loved. I found the perfect dress right away and I am so excited to wear it. Amazing experience, 10/10 will recommend to everyone!

Last year the service would have been a 5 star. The person who was working the prom area this year was not very good at her job. She hung a few dresses up to get the fitting room started and that was pretty much it. I found the tools and adjusted the dress(s) so my daughter could have a better idea of the potential looked. When my daughter picked a dress (which if it was not for how she feel in love with it, I would have left it there) it was my daughter's friend who asked if she wanted the sign and to take a picture with it. This happened while the employee just stared at her. It was extremely awkward. There was no mention of alteration vendors or options, yes I know the receipt provides the info. And at that time there was still availability.

Alliance Bridal has such a huge selection of bridal gowns. We had Pauly as our consultant and she was so wonderful! She never made us feel pressure to purchase anything which was really appreciated. She helped me find a veil too! The store also has shoes and jewelry and my mom found a beautiful pair of earrings and clutch for the wedding day!I would recommend anyone looking for formal wear to wedding gowns and anything in between to check out Alliance Bridal!

Amazing experience at Aliance Bridal and prom. Erica is so good at making a hard decision a little bit easier. So many dresses to choose from and they really don't rush you and you just leave with the happiest 17 year old I have ever seen.. Wish I had of gone to Aliance first instead of the other horrible experiences we had!! Thank you so much..

My daughter and I went in looking for a wedding gown for my daughter. It was quite a few years ago and my budget was $1200, back then you could find a dress for that price. I made it very clear to the Consultant that that was the top of my budget. She insisted on bringing in wedding gowns priced between $3000 to $4000. She had absolutely no regard for my financial position as a single parent! I also found the sales consultant to be very rude . There were some gowns there for the price I was looking for, but due to her to total lack of respect for my budget I left the store and refused to buy anything there. I would never go back to the store ever again.

I bought my prom dress here, and multiple bridesmaids dresses. I always have a wonderful experience! They give you a ton of time to choose and try on dresses, even with a large group, and really take the time to listen and give advice. They make the dress choosing experience so positive and relaxing. I always recommend this spot if you're not scared of a far drive!
