I wasn’t liking my water at home so I called choice for a new carbon filter and they offered such a great deal!

Its a scam!! All they will do is lie about rebates and get you a 10 year lease Contract.You will end paying montly rentals and no rebates whatsoever!! Please take moment and think before falling into this scam

The perspective of gaining space in the furnace room by replacing the water tank and the saving gas was really appealing when I switched over to this company. The representative who came to the house promised good prompt response to any issue. He even gave me his personal number. And issues started just 4 months later. I had to let the water run and wait 5 minutes minimum before hot water started coming. I called and they responded.But This kept happening in a 4 months cycle since.Now when I call the representative he told me he does not work there anymore.So I called customer service Fri Mar 14. I explained I don’t have hot water and the equipment is showing an error message and to call a technician. I explained the urgency of the problem.Nobody came, I called again two or three days later and reported the issue again. I said If need be I’ll file a complaint. The lady just said I am most welcome to do so. And today is Thursday Mar 31… still waiting for someone to come.I called again for the 3rd time. I explained to the guy that My mum is 83 yrs old and my wife and myself have arthritis and that we are still in winter.The guy said he only takes calls when the office staff is too busy. By the sound of it, I doubt my misery will end soon.I can only but ask everybody to stay away from this company!

I was very nervous at first but the staff made me feel comfortable through the process of getting the equipment I needed!

I really loved how the technicians were very cautious when enetering my mom, I felt safe and comfortable.

Great experience there, knowledgeable staff & great pricing.

Stay away from this company nobody answers call and no body address issues after they install stuff I never got my rebate cheque either

These guys are amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. They set me up with an outstanding home comfort system. After shopping around for a while, we settled on this company and are really pleased with their service from point of contact to installation. Thanks guys!

This company is a scam. The parent company is CHICC and they use companies like this to get homeowners to commit to leases and then they disappear, services disappears all while the parent company collects every month. They flat out lie about rebates and energy savings.. in my opinion.
