National Air Systems

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with . We are leaving for holidays and our air conditioning is not working and we have pets that will be in the house . Moved into a new build less then 4 years ago . We are the original owners the air Conditioner was installed by national , suddenly for no reason our air conditioner stops working. We try for a week to get a hold of someone from national no luck . So we call in a licensed HVAC person he changes the capacitor still doesn’t work so he replaces the transformer because it had blown and replaced a 3amp fuse . He put it through heating operation everything was good as soon as he turned it to cooling operation It’s blowing the three amp fuse on the control board due to a direct short outside at the condenser . He tells us to call national because we should have a warranty Finally get a hold of national now they tell us that parts are covered but not labour and just to come out and run a diagnostic they want $300 !!!! Criminals every other company charges $95-$120 for this. When questioned we just get the run around . Not sure why any builder or why Lennex would do business with such a shady and dishonest company !!BUYER BEWARE DO NOT DO NOTDO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY !!!!

I've been calling them for a week, left several messages in regards to my AC not working and zero response. Its come to a point where the receptionist isnt even picking up my calls she just transfers me directly to a voicemail.Still without AC, we're all suffering in the this heat including my two pets and it doesn't seem like National air system really cares.Not happy at all with the service!

We have used National as our go to business for all our HVAC and Fireplace needs. Over the past 10+ years we have purchased two Fireplaces, a new Lennox Furnace, a Hot Water tank and now a New Lennox Air Conditioner. We have always received great service from the in house staff to the installers, and we have all received all the above products at a fair price. Only issue has been a broken starter for the pilot light on one of the Fireplaces. It was repaired promptly and the serviceman cleaned both Fireplaces making them look brand new. We have referred friends and clients to National for the HVAC, Fireplace and Barbeque needs and we have heard nothing but positive comments.

They buy defective AC units and get them for pennies and install them for some builders after remanufacturing them and they all turn out to be defective. Very shady business practices. Stay away

National Installed my AC. I am a first time home buyer and have zero experience with these types of home necessities.Sean was very professional and great. He walked me through the process and explained everything thoroughly. The price beat all the others, and the quality of the product is outstanding.The installers were great too. They were on time, professional and cleaned up after themselves. The job looked professionally done.I am extremely happy and will be using National for all my future HVAC needs.

Our air conditioning failed last month, and we immediately contacted a few HVAC companies listed by the manufacturer (Lennox), including National Air Systems, who were the first to return our call. Natasha in the service department helped us set up an appointment the following week (which gives you an idea of how busy they are these days).Ryan, the HVAC technician, was on time (even a little early), very courteous and professional, and not only fixed our air conditioning, but also adjusted the dampers so we had better cooling the in upper floors. We actually had to change our thermostat settings because the house was getting too cold.Overall, I was impressed with the communication and service we received. Note that you may have to play telephone tag with the service department because they are very busy at the moment.

Amazing service, started with replacing the furnace, mine was shut off at 10 am for safety reasons and could not be repaired. Contacted National and they were on site at 8:30am next day to replace it.Had to call them back they forgot to connect humidifier, upon return they noticed it wasn't operational.So replaced the humidifier. Finally had them replace my gas fireplace. Technicians were always polite, safe distancing, and tidied up before leaving. My brother recommended them as he had used their services as well as my mother. I still got 3 estimates, always doing my due diligence, and found dealing with Shaun easy, honestly and reliable. Would definitely recommend this company for you services.

Rudest and most hostile salesman we ever met. We walked in to see if we can buy a central AC for our new home. He claimed he cannot advise us on the size of the AC unit based on our square footage citing some 2015 regulations etc. He suggested we contact the builder to tell us and did not offer to show any sample units and prices etc.. His whole attitude and his manner towards us made it clear we were not welcome at the store. The store website said:NEED HELP CHOOSING?Call and ask to speak to an NFA representative about our complete line-up of Lennox and Carrier high-efficiency furnaces

This review is strictly for Antony and team who came in to install the Lennox AC. I shud say they are the best ever install personnels I have ever come across. They went above and beyond and did the rewiring for the AC which the builder should have actually done. Antony was so courteous and explained every single nuance right from changing filters, maintaining temperatures and most of all they were so professional. Thank you so much Antony and team.

Bulider bought ac through these guys. It dieed 4 years later took them 3 weeks to look at it and 2 weeks to tell me it takes 2 months for the part (compressor) absolutely disgusting service. Stay away at every cost.
