Accent Inns Kelowna

It was perfect place for weekend trip. Everything was nice and clean. Our Family got the room with kitchen, It comes with all basic needs. It's in great location as Starbucks, Restaurant and Grocery stores are nearby. Will definitely come again!

We got one of the newly renovated rooms and they are incredible! It is close to a lot of shopping and restaurants as well as central for race locations (as I often come here for trail races.) The staff are quick with any requests or questions you have. Very willing to do late checkouts so you can shower after a race!

Booked two rooms for 2 people, they mixed them up, did not acknowledge their mistake, and demanded we switch rooms. Would not accommodate any changes. Terrible service. Many other way better hotels in the area.-update, I spoke to the front desk repeatedly and the lady was very dismissive and almost rude. I also emailed head office and the general manager of the hotel. These Bots need to do their research before replying to reviews.

Great location next to lots of food options. 25 min walk to the beach. The hotel room was very clean and comfortable. Air conditioning. Lots of parking.

We were in town to tend to family who was airlifted to the hospital there. The staff were beyond amazing to us. Kind. Accommodating. Gracious. And would politely ask how we were doing along with our family member in the hospital. There was a lot going on and we were mentally, and logistically, all over the place. They rolled with what our needs were and far exceeded the needs we had.Until we could get our dog that was with us taken back home, they kept her for the day and treated her like a Queen - I understand she even got to chair a staff meeting while she was there.We were in a suite that was very comfortable - great air conditioning, private, and great beds -even the pull out couch was very comfortable.From housekeeping staff leaving notes of encouragement in our room, to a very gracious gift card from the hotel staff for us to eat at the red swan pizza across the parking lot - we left with a very stressful trip feeling very cared for and supported. Looking forward to one day returning as tourists rather than hospital visitors.Thank you!

We came all the way from Vancouver to have some fun time at the long weekend We chose accent inns for our stay as it is pretty close to all sight seeings. We were pretty disappointed at our arrival to this location as the service at the front desk was horrible.The words used to address their guests were not appropriate. The girl at the front desk used words like “kicked out” when there are 1000’s of other ways to let their guests know about the rules. Honestly we felt like leaving right away. We definitely respect their rules but we are also paying some amount of money to stay here.Please do a better job at training your employees with some kind words. It’s doesn’t cost you extra to be kind and respectful to each and every guest.I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless you are ready for the arrogance served at the front desk.

Our overall experience was good, would greatly recommend to everyone. Not sure what happened with the phones but tried calling them but no one would pick the phone. Rooms were great, the location is perfect close to some restaurants and fast food places. Would come back next time.
