I enjoy the treatment of dental implant from Dr Racich, who is a dental coach for dentists. He is very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Everyone in the dental office is also very friendly. Very good experience!

Dr. Jason Lim is the BEST dentist I've ever been to in my life and I'm 63. He was so thorough and extracted a tooth within mins and I didn't even realize it was out. I wish I could give him 10 out of 5 , he's that good. And Yanara, the CDA (Assistant) was so good at her job. She was very humble and sweet but a professional. The BEST experience ever and they charges are very reasonable, they don't loot you like other dental clinics.

Dr. Fazal and all the staff I've encountered at the clinic are highly skilled, patient, willing to accommodate my needs, and also respond thoroughly and honestly to my questions during my visits. They will go above and beyond if they could. I can't praise them highly enough!

The service was great, but they were not clear during the service about my costs: I scheduled for regular cleaning but they told me to do an x-ray to check for my wisdom teeth (I never asked for that). As I told them that I wanted just the cleaning, I had no idea what services are extra. When I go to the dentist, I just hope that they will be as transparent as possible.My wife went to the same location and had the same problems a few weeks ago, when they charged for an extra service without letting her know that she would have extra costs.We already had great experiences in different location, but we were hoping that this specific location would be more convenient since it’s close to my house. Again, great service… but unfortunately I’m not coming back.

Sarah was a great hygienist. She was thorough and gentle and the same time. My teeth feel so smooth after the cleaning! The clinic also gives a small toothbrush kit at the end which is nice.

Always have a great, smooth experience on Middlegate Burnaby. The staff and specially my DN, Rada are friendly, respectful, caring and courteous of your time. The office is run very smoothly and efficiently. Definitely recommend.

Dr. Fazal and his team are the best! They take care of their patients through listening and teaching, not just the treatments. After driving an hour one-way for my check-up and experiencing the service, there's no other dental clinic I'd recommend. Special shout-out to Azra and the hygienist who assisted (sorry, I forgot her name)
