Lady currently working at the restaurant Jan. 24, 2022, 3:40PM is so rude and incompetent. I came in with two coupons for a free 6” sub. Without even looking at the coupons, she said that they’re expired. I looked at the dates on the back and politely said “it looks like they are valid from January to March. She kept snapping back saying they were expired, again, without even looking at them. I finally turned them over to the front where in plain text it said “Valid from January through March. I then held the coupons facing towards her. She finally took them from me and didn’t even apologize. She continued to give me attitude and couldn’t retain any of the information for my order. Had to repeat myself several times. Enough with these rude, arrogant workers. Tired of this trashy customer service!

Friendly service. I order ahead on the app and they always have my order ready when I arrive. Subs are tasty and made correctly. Place is rarely busy at dinner time and staff is very nice. Prices are a great deal if you use the weekly deals on the app or website.

1 person working at a noon hour lunch rush. 4 people in from of us and we had to wait 20 mins to be served. Ridiculous.

They can never seem to have the meat heated. Nothing like taking a bite of previously frozen chicken I guess. I started to write this review a while back and thought it seemed harsh but it's honest. For cold cuts they're great. For chicken or any kind of bacon. Make it clear that you want it properly heated.

Terrible food now. Run by E.I. They dont care. Got food poisoning. The foods been sitting out since 4 a.m. you will get sick, guarantee! Only idiots think the food is even 5/10. Pathetic!

the person working did not know how to properly make the sandwich and wrap it up. Ended up ruining it and destroying the wrapper, which by the time I got home it was completely destroyed and the sandwich was in a complete mess

Went there around lunch time and the lady was too busy cleaning to serve me. Telling me i had to wait 5 minutes or so. And on top of that she was listening to Indian music.

Everyone know what to expect from subway. I was never disappointed. It is a easy choice for my young kids. Generally I'm happy with service and regular choice.

Great food, workers know what they're doing and can put together a mean sandwich. Highly recommend the turkey and smashed avocado
