Idolem Hot Yoga Chaud

The launch of this new studio is one of the finest hot yoga studios that I have seen bar none. Not only is the owner and her team very courteous and friendly but they really thought of everything at the studio:The teachers adapt well to the class and have interesting and challenging courses.It is a very clean very beautiful studio full with all the amenities you could want.They get the small details right too; for example a t station in their warm reception area and a yoga mat washing station in the changing rooms, these are just a few of the many great service offered at the studio.Namaste

Showed up for a class 3 mins late and was refused entry even though it’s payed for, ridiculous, go to the one in griffintown !

Beautiful place, nice people, loved the hot yoga

I've been twice and this is not yoga ! It's really a shame and I understand some yogis frustration about how the Western world appropriated yoga and made it something else. Some Taylor Swift was playing in the back. It's not a joke. Most poses had nothing to do with yoga. There was no flow between mouvements. It seemed like my out of shape high school gym teacher giving a class after watching a few videos on YouTube. It was akward at best.

Very disappointed in how Tanya, the owner, is handling Covid. I signed up for a 500$ package back in March and haven’t been to a class since. I’ve been patiently waiting for a “safe” time to return, of which in my opinion, has yet to come. Today, when I spoke to Tanya about the possibility of a refund, she brushed me off quoting something about her being within her right, due to the delay. A delay that occurred because I wanted to be sympathetic to the situation, as a fellow businessman. All this to say, think twice before you drop money on classes at this time and don’t be fooled into thinking any empathy will be thrown your way during Covid. Smh... when did all businesses become so corporate and cold. To experience this at yoga studio, of all places, is deeply disappointing.

Hot yoga it's for everyone . Idolem it's a peaceful place surrounded by great and professional teachers. All united to live happily!

Have been a member of Idolem for over 2 years now and I look forward to my classes every week! The teachers are amazing, good music, warm and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Dominique for always going above and beyond in her service and event planning. I especially love the cold towels with essential oils after each class to cool down. Highly recommend this studio!

An excellent environment and owner is very warm, compassionate and very attentive to all members needs, comments and questions. Instructors have raised the bar of excellence.Love this place.
