I booked with Chelsea in late 2020 for full planning for our April 2022 wedding. The entire process from start to finish has been incredible and I found having Chelsea to help navigate this process through COVID was beyond helpful. Chelsea is a fantastic communicator- she is prompt, clear, and will follow up on each request. As someone who doesn’t really enjoy the nitty gritty of things like colours, decor, etc I relied on her vision and expertise heavily and the end result blew my expectations out of the water! She really did all the heavy lifting of sifting through and communicating with vendors and I loved that she has a clear and detailed timeline of when things needed to get done. Chelsea has a fresh and modern eye for style and works with you to create vision boards and narrow down what you want your wedding day to look like. With both myself and my now husband working very busy jobs- I knew I didn’t have the time required to put into planning a wedding on my own and I truly tried to be as hands off as possible and trust Chelsea and boy did that pay off! I felt that Chelsea was an advocate for us with vendors and could put things into words when I wasn’t quite sure what I was trying to say. The day of was SEAMLESS from our perspective and I just don’t have enough great things to say about Chelsea and how much stress she alleviated from wedding planning!

Steve and I were looking for someone who would handle our entire wedding day-of from set-up and decorating, to helping the day flow smoothly and on schedule, and to take-down so that I didn't need to involve my wedding guest and family with work that day. Chelsea came highly recommended, and after meeting her the first time, we knew would would book her for our special day. She was so kind, easy to talk to, professional, and of course organized. Chelsea not only set up our wedding as requested, but has a real eye for detail and style, so she went beyond just placing things where they were supposed to go, she made it absolutely beautiful and added extra touches wherever she could. The planning process was easy, only a couple meetings and a few e-mails back and forth, we trusted she had everything handled. The wedding day went perfectly, and we didn't run into any issues (that I am aware of), but if we had, I know Chelsea would have been on it immediately. The day ran completely on schedule with her assistance, and everything was cleaned up and organized by the time we were saying our goodbyes that evening, I didn't even notice her doing the take-down, it was just done! Additionally all our decor was put away perfectly, making our lives so much easier the next day. Aside from the work Chelsea did, she also always provided a great attitude, always smiling, and working so well with my vendors and family members who were around. I received lots of compliments on how nice she was and what a great job she did. I honestly could not have had the perfect wedding day we did with out Chelsea, and highly recommend Coco&Ash weddings. Chelsea from Coco & Ash was an amazing wedding planner. I would recommend her to anyone wanting to plan a wedding. I decided to get married in only 4 months and not only did Chelsea help me pull off a 230 person wedding in that time frame but it could not of been more beautiful and well done. Her organizational skills, communication and vendor coordination skills are top notch. As well, her thoughtfulness and guidance through the design process was invaluable. I can say, without a doubt, that working with Chelsea was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. From the calming emails during changing restrictions, to getting stains out of my dress 10 minutes before our ceremony, Chelsea and her team made our wedding perfect and stress-free.
