Dr. Alla Osadchy

I was looking for a family Doctor in Richmond Hill since I recently moved here, and Dr. Alla came up on google with high rated reviews so based on her reviews i phoned the office and this Russian receptionist picks up the phone and I asked if I could come in and see the doctor she was very rude and unpleasant replied back that doctor will not accept any new patients and i was still talking and was about to ask a question she hangs up the phone on me with an attitude!The only reason why I wanted to sign up for her is because of the highly rated reviews but after seeing how her staff treats clients and patients it’s very unprofessional and she was very racist. Employees like her should be fired immediately by law.

After several years of searching for a good family doctor, we were happy to find the office of Dr. Alla Osadchy.Her office is well organized and highly computerized. The receptionists Berta and Irina and the doctor herself have all the informationabout the patient's history at their fingertips. After each test, having received the result, the receptionists call to notify about thedoctor's comments and, if necessary, arrange an appointment. The doctor is knowledgeable and attentive and always discusses possibletreatment options and answers all patient's questions.Now, during the COVID19 pandemic, we have used a very useful doctor's phone consultations.We are absolutely satisfied by service of Dr.Osadchy office and highly recommend it for everybody seeking good family doctor.
