Cam was great to deal with. Had a bit of a communication error with texting, at no fault of his. Truck had a couple mechanical issues wrong with it; however, we were able to negotiate and got a very reasonable price that we were happy with. Cam stayed late a couple days to make sure we could test drive and come to pick up once purchased as we live out of the city. Thanks Cam for your help and your patience.

We recently dealt with Jeff and it was a poor experience to say the least. The vehicle was a 2016 Touareg advertised as a High line that was fully loaded, leather seats the works. When we went to look at it we discovered it was the base model Sport line, with leatherette seats, and all the standard features of a base model touareg. We brought it to Jeff’s attention and he seemed understanding but when we went to discuss price and without even bringing up a number he immediately shut us down and we simply said if it were the highline we would maybe be okay with the price but it was a sport line, and figured the price should be adjusted accordingly. He laughed at us and said “that’s not how this works, guess it’s not the car for you.” He continued to fight with us over the car insisted on it being leather and “fully loaded”. “There is a whole world out there that don’t believe in putting animal skins in cars” he said.. not the point we were making. The point is the vehicle was advertised as a fully loaded highline and I’m sure priced accordingly so, but it wasn’t and isn’t. And he not only laughed at us, he belittled us by thinking we knew nothing about it or Volkswagens in general. We’ve only owned nothing but diesel VWs for the last 10 years.Maybe I’m speaking for myself but if I paid the price advertised for a fully loaded vehicle, only to find out it was a base model with limited features, I would be pretty ticked off. But “we know exactly what we lost” right Jeff?

The experience was not only professional, but friendly. Scott was excellent in answering all of my questions and quite helpful. I would definitely recommend him and will return for the next purchase.

I can’t explain hope happy I and with the service and care I received here .. I talked to Scott on the phone and he gave me all of the information I asked for extremely fast . He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable..i made an offer that was accepted and drove from Saskatoon to Regina to pick it up . When I arrived Scott gave me full disclose about the vehicle and what was done for service . It was very detailed . Then explained the operation inside the vehicle and got me ready to go.
