Another bad experience with them,I returned the compressor core, Mr, Scott( Parts service guy) he said he need core clean like a new or they will cut 80$ for clean up the core, just be careful folks they have their new policies every time to cut your pocket.

Last year I was very happy with the service, this year I can't believe its the same shop. I needed a fuel line replaced, I've owned my truck for over 20 years and in that time I've NEVER been charged more than 3hrs to replace the fuel line in-between the 2nd and 3rd head on an N14. I was charged almost 7.5hrs. I was certain when they gave me the quote they messed up some how, but nope that's what they charged. The parts department is still pretty good.

I just picked up my truck, and the work itself was done well, from what I could see. There was one minor thing. Being a panel that wasn't pushed on all the way, on the passenger side. So that kinda fell out. Probably just didn't apply enough pressure. They did the rest of the work. And even did one item, I had told them not to. But they didn't charge me on it, that I can see. I don't think they should have not charged me for that. since they did the work. But definitely a bonus point, on that account.My appointment as I understood it, when I booked it in advance was Tuesday, Wednesday. Which I then had moved to Wednesday, Thursday. I dropped the truck off Wednesday at 10 am, and they brought it in the shop Thursday. I think I mistakenly told them that it was booked in for Thursday when I dropped it off. But I think that the info that it was Wednesday & Thursday should have been in their system, regardless of what I said.They did fail to call and inform me when they discovered an issue that wasn’t on the list of things to look for. But simply put it on the estimate, that I received in the afternoon. That in my opinion is not good enough. In my experience. If you discover an issue out of scope with what you've been asked to look for, you call the costumer asap to notify them that an item will be added. Just my opinion. And general experience.And they failed to call me back, to explain the extra issue they put on my estimate. That's a problem because I need to approve, to get them to start the work. They said that the gentleman who was meant to call me back, probably got busy. Which I understand. But still not really good enough, In my opinion. I'm not saying mistakes don't happen, but then you need to remind each other, write it down or something. It needs to be a bit more professional than that. Especially at a dealership.Based on my experience. When you book a truck in for a specific time, there is a reason. Mistakes happen. But there is usually a reason for the booking. in this case I expected my truck to get looked at doing that time frame. The fact that It wasn't brought in Wednesday at some point likely caused me to miss a load Friday afternoon. So based on the whole service experience, repair work, booking, communication, I think there is room for improvement. Do I think based on that, it's worth the 187$hr. Not really. I think It is a bit overpriced for that experience.But hopefully they do better in the future.I AM GOING TO ADD TO THIS.I came back. Which I sorta regret so far.I brought my truck back for an alignment because their east shop did an accident repair in November 2021. So because the claim was still open and since I have had issues with my steer tires since the accident. The alignment the east end did may or may not have been done correctly. Hard to tell. None the less I have had 2 alignments done since with no remarks and yet I keep going through steers. I contacted the east end to book it in again, and I was told that this shop had to look at it. Fine I thought, the claim is still open. It gets booked in 2 weeks in advance for a Tuesday. Now comes the first MAJOR issue.Once again they don't actually start until the very end of day/next day. At 7:34 pm I get a call. We are now going to do the preliminary alignment. How do you not get anything done for a full day? Second, then they have to wait for parts after they find issues Wednesday. 1-3 days. Just think if they had done the alignment Tuesday instead. Maybe then the parts would have arrived Friday instead of Monday afternoon. Smh And now that the parts hopefully arrive today(Monday afternoon. But yeah they won't be starting repair until tomorrow.One of the biggest issues I’m having here is when I book it in for a certain day, you need to start that day and not 30 min before closing that day. It needs quite a bit of improvement. On the plus side. The fuel gauge issue I had. That unfortunately was completely fixed they addressed on the invoice, so we can get it diagnosed and fixed properly.

Very poor service, my brand new truck 2022 T680 went 3rd time for same problem. Last 2 time they updated the software and charge the money now 3rd time they said we didn’t find anything, it means last 2 time they make us fool only. Thier manager is so arrogant, we wait for almost 2 hours but he didn’t came out to talk to us. Its just waste of time and money
