Dan was called as a result of a gas leak on Saturday evening that Enbridge perceived to be a threat and shut off the gas. Dan is courteous, professional, and thorough. Dan checked and double checked the gas lines and shut offs during the performance of the pressure test. Once it was diagnosed that there was not a leak, Dan bled the lines and made sure that my gas appliances were in good working order.Dan was open and honest about everything that he was doing and explained it in terms that were easy to understand.I would 100% recommend Dan and will be calling him the next time I need anything related to HVAC.

After purchasing a ‘brand’ service to maintain our furnace, and conduct a much needed repair, I was told the repair had to wait til the spring?Luckily I was referred to Dan Nolan. He knew exactly what needed to be done. My appointment was confirmed booked within 24 hours. The repair (terribly dirty coils), were remedied to a high level of quality and service.We also asked for suggestions for our electronic air filter that wasn’t working well. Dan recommended extra thick filters, which he came back with in a week to install.And, all this service at an excellent price! I actually had to text Dan to make sure the invoice was correct. Now, how often does that happen?Needless to say, Dan is now our “heating guy”. We highly recommend him, he is prompt, professional, honest, and reasonably priced.Thank you Dan!
