Since then, the company has grown to 50 store locations which now stretches across Southern and Central Ontario. The stores are supplied through a state of the art distribution facility, Canusa Automotive, located in London. From our stores and warehouses, we offer the powerhouse brands of the industry including undercar, underhood, chemicals, tools and equipment.

Bad customer service. Just bought items infront of counter and I told them I told them i forgot to put it under my company name. Dude behind counter starts smart mouthing me telling we will just don't it on next invoice. Technically a return would be processed and a new invoice e would be made under my company name. Dude tells me take you stuff and leave, there's a lineup behind you. Super rude. Will complain to the manager by calling them.

I've been here a few times and they're pretty good. They're busy as well so be patient. If you know what you want and you need to get it fast, call in advance and pick it up at the front counter so you don't have to wait for the items to get picked.

Received excellent service from the 2 guys at the front counter and the pick up door. Ordered a bunch of parts for my daughter's older Ford Escape, everything was in stock. They carry a huge selection of parts and the front counter area has tools, paints and electrical parts on display. It is a busy place and the guys have to give the phone priority but they're really friendly and helpful with choices regarding pricing. Overall an excellent spot for parts.

Prior to walk in I call and person said that a price for my part is $59. Unfortunately they charged me $121.64...Very busy place to make instore purchases. Being a single in store customer I am ended up waiting for 40 minutes. His phone is always rings...
