Hudson's Bay

I'm really unhappy with the Bay. The Bay is usually one of my go-to stores, but they totally mishandled my last purchase. I bought 3 pairs of shoes for my husband recently and my order confirmation clearly stated that I bought them all in size 13 as intended. When they showed up, one pair was in size 12 and was too small. When I called to sort out the issue, I was told that the shoes were final sale, so too bad. I would accept this as fair game if they had fulfilled my order correctly and the shoes had been too small, but they gave me the wrong size and the issue was their fault. How dumb.

Lots of great sales this weekend, I even found a great blazer cut dress.

We went there and my wife wanted to check price of a watch. Two customer agent those were there told us you have to wait 5 minutes". This is 2023

Purchased a couch from the Bay Location in Dartmouth NS (spent over 3k) in September 2022, still haven’t received the full couch. Half the couch came delivered in February with the wrong piece… customer service is terrible outright lying and giving me a different answers every-time I call, when I request a follow up with a Manager they never call me back or transfer me. Was told it will be delivered today March 25th 2023 but just got off the phone saying it’s not even made yet… how is this legal ? What kind of business are you running… buyer beware. This feels like a scam. Shouldn’t take a year to receive a sectional couch, at this point I am worried it will never come.

Interesting times...great deals on winter items..Zellers is returning.

June 8, 2023Excellent Customer Service from Nadia at Hudson's Bay, MicMac Mall, Dartmouth, Nova Scotia!I won a $10 Bay Gift Card in the Tim Horton's Roll Up the Rim Contest. I had to use the card by June 11th. I picked up items to purchase with the card.After the sale was entered, Nadia opened a points account for me. However, the system wouldnt accept my information. Nadia re-entered the information on a different register.When I entered the bar code. the system declined the sale. Nadia explained how some of the Tim Cards were defective this year.Nadia created a new Bay card and everything worked! In fact, I still have $0.79 to use towards another purchase!Nadia was an employee who knew the company's products and services. Nadia was an adaptable, problem-solver with excellent communication skills!Thank you!

Proces ate pretty high but looks like quality stuff

I love the Bay in Dartmouth.The new Zellers is so good. Wonderful baby clothes and a big wooden toy selection! I will be back. Now that the Zellers is upstairs, this Bay location is a great mix of shopping for high end brands and the more economical prices offered by Zellers.

Really love this mall. Great shops, amenities and food court
