We interviewed three different landscapers for our project in Canmore. Twisted Rock far exceeded our expectations from their open communication, easy accessibility and precise quoting came in on budget. Jeff and Will were on sight everyday and their entire crew was extremely professional. Daily clean ups and immaculate work made the whole project very enjoyable. The owners Tim and Paul walked us through the entire process and there weren’t any surprises. Not to mention the job was completed a week earlier than scheduled. We would highly recommend this landscaping company to anyone for their high quality workmanship. We would use them again and refer to anyone who asked

Jeff and team were outstanding to work with. Proficient and attentive, they listened to our hopes for our backyard space and gave us great ideas (even brought wise perspective to counter some ideas we'd had that wouldn't have been as good). Their team kept our site really neat and tidy during the whole process (and they moved quick! It was done in record time!)I think a true test of service is when you encounter hiccups. We had a couple things pop up—a tree that wasn't located quite right, a bed that didn't feel the right size after seeing it roughed out, etc.—and they were very prompt, very gracious, and really made us feel safe to give that kind of feedback.Top marks, guys! We'd definitely do another project with you!

Wow! WE love our landscaping! Twisted Rock was absolutely incredible and professional to work with! From the beginning stages of a vision of what we wanted and Paul helping us design and enhance our project! Tim and Jeff were always available to answer questions throughout our project as well as their team respectful, hardworking and always left the project clean at the end of the day. The crew was friendly, professional, hard working and seriously talented. They cleaned up the site everyday. Pricing was comparable with other reputable companies, and the overall value exceeded our expectations. Overall, we are thrilled with the end result and will use Twisted Rock again in a heartbeat. We were extremely happy with the final result, and everything looks amazing!! I was referred to Tim by my brother, and he was open and honest from the start about everything including what we could do, costs, how to maximize our budget, and was very thoughtful in putting together our ideas and his recommendations.The crew was fantastic, very friendly, helpful and skilled. I was able to meet Will, Dan and Kristin early in the process and they were fantastic! Jeff, of course was amazing managing the project and answering any questions we had during the process. You soon realize after meeting the folks at Twisted Rock you have met someone who cares, about what they do and what they do for you. We were left with an eyesore and erosional risk to the driveway at our new home. Soon after Jeff got there he had a practical rock retaining wall solution. They came when they told us, they completed as they said and the retaining wall they gave us is wonderful. What really impressed me however was the teamwork and care that all your employees showed for not just us, but each other, that was very refreshing for me.
