Absolutely terrible customer service! The units are worse then disgusting! They managed to take 2 months worth of payments from our bank while we called 17 times to ensure they understand that we moved out of our units and they still took payments. This company is an absolute joke of a business and would highly recommend to use any other storage as they couldn’t care less about the customer or their needs, they just want you set up on either auto pay on your credit card or through your bank! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!
