Rain City Decks replaced the stairs leading up to our front porch. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Nick came around and provided a quote that I thought was fair and competitive. The work started on time and the crew was really professional. The quality of work and the materials they provided were excellent as well. Once the work was completed I was able to review the end product and there were no issues at all. All in all, I am very glad to have come across Nick and his team. I would highly recommend Rain City decks...

Kellan and Brad did an amazing job replacing the vinyl on our front porch and completely rebuilding our front stairs. They were friendly and professional, and clearly answered all of my questions. We couldn't be happier with the finished product! And we'd definitely use Raincity Decks again, or recommend them to our friends and neighbours.

Nick was easy to work and communicate with. Lots of bad vinyl installers in vancouver but these guys did a great job. Would recommend and hire them again.

Rain City Decks recently redid our patio and we're extremely happy with the results. Despite the project taking longer than expected due to the early winter season, the team was professional, communicative, and dedicated to ensuring our satisfaction. Deck looks amazing but vinyl on deck still has gas bubbles which are not ideal after the huge cost of project It has been 2 months since the vinyl was put in so there has been quite a delay of getting someone to come fix them and lots of emails back and forth asking them to be fixed as soon as possible. That is my only complaint as the project is still incomplete and the attention to this detail is lacking. I am still waiting for my brand new deck to be done!

Nick and the team at Raincity Decks did a fantastic job replacing our vinyl deck on our detached garage and addressing all of our concerns. Nick also helped us deal with the challenges pragmatically and flexibly including how to use our existing metal railings and improve their sturdiness instead of just pushing us to replace them. This helped us significantly to reduce the cost of the project. Before Raincity decks started our deck was in a terrible state due to issues caused by a previous company that was helping us, and I wish we had come to Raincity Decks in the first place.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Nick and his crews took care of our problem pocket decks and all the rebuilding up to new vinyl. He also helped with the interior demo from the leaks and found two additional problem leaks which was extremely helpful to us and saved future leak problems. I would highly recommend RainCity. tTey are quick to come back and resolve any issues as well.

I am very pleased with the work that Nick and crew did to re-surface my roof deck and repair extensive rot affecting the main support beam, joists, posts and exterior sheathing, all from the interior, saving me from a potentially costly stucco repair.This crew performed the interior demolition so delicately, that my extremely fragile and most likely irreplaceable plaster cake frosting trim work and fireplace mantel were spared for re-installation.Rain City Decks did a beautiful job on my deck and structure, removing all the shoddy band aids that had been installed by other contractors over the years. I highly recommend this company for excellent craftsmanship and friendly, on time on budget service.
