Unfortunately we waited until the last moment to order our shower surrounds for installation before Christmas. Price was competitive to other local suppliers before offering a bonus mirror with installation. A knowledgeable installer arrived on time as scheduled. Had a dimension typo that required a new glass panel to be prepared. Somehow Acara was able to still complete the project on time and as quoted before Christmas. I felt they made a special effort to accommodate us as new customers. Good local company that was a pleasure to deal with.

We had a pickle the night before our business’s grand opening, mirrors that were supposed to arrive had not yet come, and Acara was able to come last minute to save the day and not only deliver us mirrors, but also install them as well. The team worked quickly, effectively and efficiently and we had beautiful mirrors ready for our grand opening!

Coralee was an excellent representative for this company! She listened carefully in our discussions about our glass rods, didn't promise that what we needed could be done, and followed up with us to say what could happen. We were very pleased with receiving our altered glass rods, a suggestion regarding where to purchase shelf brackets, and three, well-cut glass shelves for our medicine cabinets. Thank you, Acura Glass for excellent service.
