The sales team was honest and transparent throughout the buying process, and they made sure that I got the car that was best for my needs and budget. After the sale, the after-sales service has been fantastic. They were very responsive to my questions and concerns and they always went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Amazing!! Not only does Khalil's shop make us feel at home but he takes care of us just like family. We showed up window shopping one day, dreaming about owning a new vehicle. We met with Khalil and he put us into a car we had our eyes set on. Since than we bought our 2 oldest children's first cars from Khalil and went in today to pick up a second vehicle for ourselves. We are most definitely happy customers of Khalils Relible Auto.

I was here in Aug of 2022 car shopping all over the city with no luck. I had all but given up until I stopped in at Reliable auto! When I arrived I was not rushed by salesmen like at other dealerships. It was nice I was able to look around and not be pressured. I fell in love with the look of a 2007 chevy that was on the lot. As this was to be my very first vehicle I ever owned i wanted a used one in great condition. That is exactly what I got. Khalil was absolutely amazing to deal with! I am so very pleased with the deal we came up with and with my amazing suv! I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a friendly local business that will genuinely take care of your vehicle needs! I have since been back for an oil change and will always come here for any issues I might have in the future. Khalil is such a wonderfully nice, honest and friendly person/mechanic! Definitely give this place 5 stars for being such an amazing locally owned business! Do not purchase vehicles from this place. You've been warned.Khalil looks friendly at first, but he is connected to very bad people who will cut corners to turn a huge profit. You would think that maybe he'd switch up his connections when they are found to be fraudulent... but no... Khalil will defend them vehemently if challenged, despite having zero ground to stand on. My experience with him is the epitome of having to CHECK ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING, DESPITE THE CLAIM OF SAFETY. You never know what these crooks are going to hide from you unsuspecting customers, and I had to learn the absolutely hard way. Every other mechanic I've gone to has always questioned any work that was done by Khalil's choice of hires, making the joke that the place should be called 'Unreliable Used Auto'. I should have spent the extra thousands at a brand dealer to avoid the stress I had to deal with. It was sickening.He does not follow up with what he says he will do. He's told me he would replace the oil before I pick up the vehicle... didn't happen. He told me he would fuel up to max... didn't happen. I told him to take the car to a car wash because there was a leak and I wanted him to see for himself and he AGREED to do it... DID NOT HAPPEN. He has a special type of amnesia, because he has no problem remembering to overcharge you on simple services. When I told him he promised the replacement of the oil, he got angry. He's not a man of his word.He doesn't let you speak, he doesn't take you seriously, and he will postpone your concerns with your vehicle as long as he can. Extremely unprofessional.As for all the 5 stars he's received? He offers a free oil change for a 5 star review, so the rating is grossly inflated. I bet more than 90% of those reviews are fake.If you care for your mental and time, DO NOT go here. You've been warned.

I bought a car from reliable auto, it was a really professional and generous staff. I got a really nice deal from them. i bought a 2011 chevrolet cruze, it previously had an accident in the back bumper but when I got it it looked brand new.I definitely recommend Reliable auto to anyone who is looking for a car.

My Daughter and I were looking for a car for her and had seen an add for a 2015 Chrysler 200 for sale at Reliable Auto. We’re from Pembroke and decided to drive to Ottawa and drop into dealers in Ottawa a long the way to see if we could get a better deal. We spent the entire day looking at over priced junk vehicles with over aggressive sales men. I had called Khalil a few days prior to let him know we were going to look at the vehicle. It was such a relief as he greeted us as soon as we got there, showed and let us take the car for a quick drive. He then told us any issues with the car would be fixed before the car would leave his shop and also we were able to get a 2 year warranty with it. When the car was safetied he found additional issues and true to his word he fixed the issues before he let us take possession of the vehicle. His customer service is excellent and if anyone is looking for a used vehicle I’d definitely recommend Reliable Auto as a place to visit and see what they have and whether you buy a vehicle or not you will be greeted and treated in a very friendly and professional manner.

Khalil provided such great service he clearly explained the warranty and was clear about the whole process of purchasing the car. He found something perfect for our budget and for our needs. The process was so fast but I didn’t feel pressured or rushed at all. When we got there he already had the car on with AC so it was confortable for our test drive.

I bought my first car from Khalil here . He was very patient as it was a new experience for me and since I had a lot of questions . He was willing to test drive the car with me and do a full mechanic checkup. My experience here was phenomenal even during the COVID-19 pandemic. The process of buying , registering and picking up the vehicle took 3 days with his help. It has been about 2 months so far and I have little to no problems with the vehicle. He responds quickly to calls and he is very punctual. He is a man of his word and is not shady at all. I highly recommend his services .
