My visit was not very productive because those that were in charge and know things were not present. I did call back another day to speak to the owners and they were very helpful. Hopefully my experience with their product is very good.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE AMATEURS!!!!! They will take your vehicle and will keep it for months on end with no updates to when it will be ready. When you try to call them no one will pickup and once in a blue moon when they do pickup they will give you lame excuses. These so called wanna be mechanics kept my vehicle for months which cost me thousands of dollars in lost revenue and believe me they don’t care. To top it off when we finally got our vehicle back they messed up on one part, when confronted they said yes we might have messed up they never fixed the problem and stopped answering our calls. I finally had to take it to actual mechanics who know what they are actually doing but cost us another several thousand to pull the motor out to fix the problem they caused. AGAIN STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS.

Doesn't give any shipping information or tracking infoDoesn't answer phone calls.Ordered a turbo over a month ago and haven't seen anything or been given very much information on the shipping status. None of this got relayed to me when I purchased the turbo. Just looking for a company to do there due diligence and over communicate so I know what's going on. Very dissatisfied

A guy from Chatham highly recommended this company to me and I drove 2 1/2 hours to get my trucks worked on and it was worth every penny. Had both of my trucks ‘tuned’ and both fuel exhaust systems rejuvenated. After the work was done the trucks were like wow! Exceptional service and a real knowledgable staff working there. Bram and his brother are very cool and honest smart-working guys. They know their business well. Highly recommend!

I own a duramax van and pick-up, I do work on both myself (breaks/oil changes ect.) Any time I have to bring one to a shop; its guaranteed going to KTD performance. Because my experience is always:-Super smart/friendly staff, that always seem happy to explain any question I have.-extremely reasonable shop rates/truthful job hour/time-Top notch results.If you've ever been frustrated, at a mechanic shop, paying hours to a mechanic..... trying to figure out what the problem is..Id suggest to take it here first, save yourself TIME and money.

These guys are amazing.Had a an ecu the dealer said could not be fixed. The dealer wanted 3200 plus an extra 300 to program. And then labor at 140 per hour.I'm disabled and there was no way I could afford that.Until I was given Brand number.These gentlemen saved me huge money, were honest, gave us pointers to give the mechanic. If it wasn't for the guys at KTD I would never be able to get to any specialist appointments.Bless you guys
